Gevorg is the best
Gevorg quickly diagnose the issue, have the parts on hand and was able to complete the repair within the hour. Afterwards he walked through a test to show the issue was fixed, explained what caused the issue most likely and also gave some general tips for the health of the machine. Very knowledgeable. Best repair experience I've had

Zero customer support or accountability
This company doesn’t stand by the customer. They sent a contractor to my house who never finished the permit process. The inspection failed on a technicality (paperwork missing) and 4.5 YEARS later, I’m fighting on my own to get the process concluded. The contractor won’t respond and Super keeps saying they’ll help but they don’t. Stay away.

Tech was great, but..
Tech was great, quick service. If you don't pay like an hour after the service they spam you non stop about payment. I probably got 7 phone calls in 24 hours.
