Cannot fault , six times to be honest it might be eight .. trust these lads always ask for them to move my tools .. My tool box is £15000 my tools and diagnostic equipment £26000 might be more , yeah I still get the dread if there is any scratches dents .. but these lads are so patient . Honestly top lads .. they also come out of the area still a trek before they have to do any graft … Adam and his mate at hello vans …Thanks again I know you must dread it just as much as me …NICE 1 ..

Two men removed all my belongings and were professional and friendly. I rang around lots of places but I am pleased I chose this company. I'm telling my friends how good they were. Top notch service

I used their services to move. The experience was terrible. The move was booked for 10am. I got a call saying it was delayed until 2pm. I was promised it wouldn't be later than this. At 3pm I got a call from the driver saying he was lost and I had to walk 15 minutes to a pub to show him the way. He didn't help move anything, just rearranged the stuff in the van. I had to do everything.

Then he demanded an extra £40 because he had come such a long way. Are you serious? You turn up 5 hours late, then expect ME to pay for it?

I said I would give him £20 but he was rude and aggressive and I ended up giving him £30.

When we got there again he did nothing while I took all the stuff into the house.

Then he phoned me at 9.30pm that night chasing payment for the full £129 amount! I had already paid this.

This whole experience has been awful.

I sent them an email which they completely ignored. This matches up with what other people have said in the comments. They employ rogue drivers and ignore any complaints.

No doubt I will get a reply to this here or on Google saying it's not their normal quality and I should contact them so they can make it right. I have already contacted you and you ignored me. I just asked for £10 compensation bearing in mind I overpaid £30. Just refund me the £10 and don't waste any more of my time.

I booked this company three times for a gradual office move.
The first booking went very well. I would have given 5 stars. The men turned up early and got stuck in straight away. They were very professional, friendly and were able to organise what they were taking without much direction and fuss.
The second booking wasn't as good. One of the movers looked like he was still of school age and although he moved a few boxes we needed 3 people (which is what I paid for) to move heavy furniture and in good time. This meant I had to pay for extra time.
The third booking again wasn't what I paid for. Three movers but one gave out instructions and hardly did a thing. This obviously meant that less stuff was moved in the time I booked. Which has meant that some items are still to be moved.
If I had had the service at the end the first time round I definitely wouldn't of book a second time.
Although the cost is reasonable and you can get a bespoke service, you don't know who you are going to get.
I would definitely have preferred the first group for each booking and assumed on the second time I would have got the same people.
This company is definitely hit and miss on the service you recieve and it isn't consistent.

Awful experience. Turned up 20 minutes late because they couldn’t find my address, despite me giving them precise directions numerous times over the ‘phone. The van driver had a bad attitude throughout the move and I subsequently ended up having a blazing row with him when he initially refused to unload my furniture at the destination address because of the parking situation (double yellow lines but with no loading restrictions). On top of all this he then demanded payment of the balance owed in an aggressive manner when I had my hands full unloading furniture. What should’ve been an easy stress-free local move of 8 items of furniture turned into the single most stressful moving experience I’ve ever known. Will never use them again.

I done a last minute booking man and a van and they were life saving.

Everything was handled with care and saved me a lot of stress because of the moving.

Mehdi and his team are absolute legends. They went above and beyond to help me move into a new flat in Brixton - even staying later to help finally move a sofa up the stairs when there was no space!

HelloVans was a great experience and helped. Shaheen helped me pack all of my belongings in a way that they were all safe and protected and easy to get out when we reached the destination. He also took great consideration in my delicate items and made sure they were handled with care. They were also very punctual arriving at the time needed.

Farid was incredible! Had such a simple and easy move experience with him. We moved from the basement up to the very top flat of another building so was concerned about all the stairs but Farid was efficient, quick and such kind guy we got our move completed in no time.

This is my first time with Hello Vans and my first impression is very good. A huge amount of thought has gone into making the system efficient and warm. Great call centre staff and Mehdi and Ahmed were very thoughtful throughout the move yesterday.
