Reliability and Customer Support don't exist
I had a for-nightly booking
Out of my last 7 appointments only 2 have actually happened with 3 different cleaners
All this changing means I spend hours on app and with email trying to get a cleaner
Response from company is to give you company history a standard copy and paste reply, your just talking to a robot
My current clean is six weeks overdue and yet they still haven’t provided me a cleaner
Customer support dosnt exist and reliability of cleaner is even worse

Your comments are factually incorrect
1. You did not get me a cleaner each time I asked I haven’t had a cleaner in since 10 aug
2. When a cleaner is booked they never turn up just like todays cleaner that not providing me a cleaner
3. I have not booked a cleaner for next week nor do I want one as I will never use your company again if any cleaner from your company comes to my door they will be sent away
You respond here telling untruths but yet you don’t speak to me directly that is just shameful you, I’m my opinion are a disgrace of a company

We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with the cleaners working with our platform.
First of all, I would like to point out that you did not receive a reply from a robot, but from one of our operators who did her best to help you each time you wrote to us, finding a replacement the last two times you contacted us, and looking for a solution today.
The reason why we could not solve your problem today is that you had requested a replacement absolutely by tomorrow, and unfortunately no operator accepted the job for tomorrow.
The cleaners on the Helpling platform are independent operators, so they are directly responsible for their own decisions regarding appointments.
However, we see that you have independently booked a service for next week, despite the fact that in emails to our customer service you repeatedly threatened to go elsewhere if you did not receive the service by tomorrow.
We feel it is fair to point this out, given the tone of your emails and review.

I was able to select a cleaner for a day and time that suited me. She was on time, and even stayed longer than her 3 hours

i would give the over all service a 3 stars
ive used the service about 6 or 7 times now and i will continue to use it. ive had 3 different cleaners. ideally i would have liked to have the same person each time but i on 2 occasions that the cleaners did not show up on the day.
what i like about the app is its ability to get you a cleaner if the booking is canceled in advanced, one time the cleaner told me in advanced that she wont be able complete the job. helpling then sends out your job to other cleaners that might want the job. all i needed to do was log on and accept the job.
the only reason ive knocked off 2 stars is because it has been unreliable so far but when the cleaners do show up its has been good.
