I ordered the yeasty blend for my itchy dogs and it's really helped their skin and ears. Very impressed by the product. The company also kindly replaced damaged stock for me when it arrived with the contents all in a box when the packaging had broken. Lovely people to deal with... would highly recommend

Really quick delivery, customer service great and drops were really easy to administer.

Appears an ethical company caring for the needs of our hairies. Lovely choice of products, fairly well packaged ( big box for small item). Having used the shampoo on both my Cavs, their coats are shiny, clean and smell lovely ( better than cow water!) I would definitely recommend others to try this exciting new discovery.

I use a lot of herbal dog products, their calming tonic is great and really helps in stressful times like fireworks. They are currently on joint care and Skin care and they are happy to have them on their food, some other brands they will not eat their food if included. I am trying a couple of their other products at the moment and hoping I see the same results as the others.

Love these products! The dry shampoo smells incredible and although I had a little issue with my order, the team sorted it quickly, and efficiently. Really recommend them.

Loved the products very fast delivery and all smell great. I ordered the groomers kit which is great value for money coconut shampoo smells lush, conditioner leaves coat so soft. The raspberry and vanilla cologne smells so good and the daily coat de-tangler works great 10/10 for service, wish all companies were as good as this one.

I ordereed via tik-tok shop and the short story is the address pulled through to herbal dog co was without my street (no idea why but, there we go) so, the money had left my account and the parcel was being returned to sender.

Callum showed me the shipping ticket and i saw the problem, i really wanted to get the bundle for my anxious dog and so, i re-ordered and confirmed that i trusted the refund would follow.

The new order arrived within 2 days, excellent! The products are lovely although i can't say whether they're helping just yet, early days.

The refund took some time as the courier didn't delvier back to Herbal dog however, i reached out to them via chat and they explained, reassured me and earlier today, the refund was issued.

I can't comment on the products as yet apart from they are packaged well and a herbal option is my preferred choice (but didn't work for itchy dog unfortunately, grass seeds are virulant this year) but what a lovely company :)

I got a new batch of silver colloidal cream on 07/06/25 for my dog after using it for a couple months with no problems my dog had to go to the vet today with highly inflamed skin where I had applied the cream., I have sent several emails to herbal dog and they have ignored me . There has to be something wrong with that batch of cream. My poor wee dog is now on steroids which he hasn't had in years to clear this up . I am beyond disappointed as my wee dog has suffered and i don't even get a courtesy email from this company , I would never use this again and have loads of the product to be binned at my expense as I would be too frightened to use any of these products again , shame on herbal dog for not contacting me , be careful what you put on your dog , I thought it was safe as its herbal but what a shock to see my wee dog in such a state ...

Summer Shield Blend used for a grass pollen allergy….has definitely improved the itchy symptoms…

I recently bought the dog shampoo, deodoriser, and dry shampoo and I’m genuinely impressed with all three! The shampoo has a lovely, gentle scent and left my dog’s coat soft, clean and shiny .The deodoriser is a game-changer for keeping my dog smelling fresh between washes. It’s light, not overpowering, and perfect for a quick refresh. And the dry shampoo is perfect for those in-between days when a full bath isn’t needed. After trying so many different products to help with my girls yeast issues and none ever did I stumbled across herbal dog so thought I'd give it a go.
I wasn't holding out much hope but I went ahead and brought the harmony blend.
She been on it a week and there's been a massive improvement. No more smelly feet or ears, no more black scaly skin, no more greasy fur and no more scratching or paw licking.
I'm over the moon and will be purchasing again. I can't believe I've finally found something that truly works. I've spent hundreds on this yeast battle. The added bonus for me is that it's all natural so that's another plus.

Really good service, nice packaging and my dog took to the herbs immediately. I fully expected a month to pass before any improvement, but with the tincture too she seems to have better movements after a little over a week, so hopefully this will improve further.

I ordered 2 of the dry shampoos and a deodoriser which unfortunately had leaked during transit. I rang Herbal Dog and spoke to a real person which in its self is amazing nowadays. Replacement item arrived the next day.
Products easy to use with a fresh but not overpowering scent.

First time of purchasing from this company,love the nose balm,but also purchased the ear lotion,my dogs ears are really red sore and have scabbing all in her ears,I also bought the wrinkle lotion which I'm sorry to say did the same to her face has become red and scabbing too ,I feel really let down by these products

These guys are great, i normally buy on tiktok because of the deals. have used for over 2 years. I recently got my order and it was slightly wrong have been shipped the correct item no fuss and told to keep the goods shipped in error. Couldn't ask for better service. The products have really help my boy who has awful allergies and is a yeasty boy. Will continue to order :)
