Really good service
Really good service, nice packaging and my dog took to the herbs immediately. I fully expected a month to pass before any improvement, but with the tincture too she seems to have better movements after a little over a week, so hopefully this will improve further.

Great customer service
I ordered 2 of the dry shampoos and a deodoriser which unfortunately had leaked during transit. I rang Herbal Dog and spoke to a real person which in its self is amazing nowadays. Replacement item arrived the next day.
Products easy to use with a fresh but not overpowering scent.

First time of purchasing from this company,love the nose balm,but also purchased the ear lotion,my dogs ears are really red sore and have scabbing all in her ears,I also bought the wrinkle lotion which I'm sorry to say did the same to her face has become red and scabbing too ,I feel really let down by these products

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear the Ear cleaner and Wrinkle wipe haven't been suitable for you. They do share a couple of the same ingredients, so it could be that your dog is allergic or sensitive to it. I would always advise doing a patch test too before general use to avoid irritation, and it might be worth consulting a vet to see if there are definitely things they are sensitive too. But if there is anything we can do to help or advise you on please get in touch with us and we will help the best we can💙

Brilliant Service
These guys are great, i normally buy on tiktok because of the deals. have used for over 2 years. I recently got my order and it was slightly wrong have been shipped the correct item no fuss and told to keep the goods shipped in error. Couldn't ask for better service. The products have really help my boy who has awful allergies and is a yeasty boy. Will continue to order :)

Great customer service
One of my products arrived damaged so I emailed customer service for some assistance. Callum got back to me within 30 minutes saying that a replacement will be sent and arrive next day. 5 star customer service from Callum!

1st class Service I use the dry shampoo a lot as I have six dogs. I can highly recommend it. In fact the newest one they have released is one of the best I have loads on order as I love the smell dogs don’t complain either.

Callum has really been a star
Callum has really been a star. Every time I have had a problem it was sorted starlight away. My dogs are all natural and I find the products easy to use and I know my dogs health are safe.
