Honestly love their products I've seen so much difference, my boy nibbled at his paws constantly and had really bad tear stains. I worked so hard on his diet and knew that I had got the protein right I just needed a good pre/probiotic. I've tried afew different powders from gut to itchy skin and they've all helped in one way or another. Tear stains are 99% gone and itchy paws gone. I honestly recommend giving this a go for 2-3months and you will definitely see an improvement. 5*

Great company and great people running the business have used herbal dog for the past 8months and wouldn't look anywhere else for my dog products, they smell great, packaged properly and always arrive on time.
Doing a great job girls and boys and can't wait for new products to purchase and test out.

AVOID !!! I ordered with Tiktok shop. A week later no dispatch so had to cancel the order so I decided to place an order directly via the website to see if it was just an issue with Tiktok. I then Spent over £60 and order arrived with SEVEN items missing but still been charged for full order ?!?! I sent an email - no reply. Phone number doesn’t work but still posting on their socials ?!?!

*update - changing from a 1 star to 3 star as once I finally got hold of customer service they did process refund efficiently.

Issue resolved .
I placed an order via their website and received an email stating that my order had been dispatched.
Royal Mail tracking showed that they have not received my package.
It’s now 10 days since I placed my order.
Having received a reply, and prompt replacement it appears the problem has been with Royal Mail.
Happy to edit my review to reflect this.
Nobody should have undeserved negative reviews!

Was excited to try their products and ordered after seeing them all over social media. There was a small issue with dispatch but the customer service by Sophie was amazing and she got it sorted straight away. Honestly better service than many big retail companies I have used in the past.
If the products agree with my dog I will be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service. Placed and order last Monday, 48hour delivery. Still not received the order and tracking is saying Royal Mail have not even received it. It’s now Monday. I have emailed and messaged twice on Instagram, with no reply to either.
I now want a refund as I have purchased from another company.

Have recently purchased the waterless bundle. OMG my pug no longer smells of that puggy smell. I purchased the orange and bergamot and he smells lush. I now look forward to coming back from our walk to “wash” him. 5 🌟 from us

Absolutely disgusted to find the Anal Gland Supplement had insects crawling around inside the packaging. My dog has used the product for years, but I cannot trust this company again. Will never buy from them again. Will be returning the box to them to investigate. Bought from Amazon. Email sent to company a moment ago asking for prepaid returns label.

Love the idea of herbal products instead of nasty chemicals. I grabbed the advent in the sale, such good value BUT the flea treatment is yellow like olive oil & as badly stained our white frenchie.

Will continue to use the wormer, no issues present.

I ordered some shampoo for my very itchy boy - this was my first ever order via tiktok.
Package was dispatched and received quickly.
Sadly, one of the items I was sent was incorrect, but this was quickly rectified and I'm happy with the outcome!
I cannot fault the customer service.
The itchy dog shampoo I did receive smelt lovely and my boys coat is now really soft and his skin seems more comfortable already, even after 1 bath!

Will never buy anything from this company again. Was recommended the yeast shampoo during a TikTok live and after just one use my dog reacted so badly she needed vet treatment. This “company” is unable to give any details on how much of each ingredient is in any of their blends despite claiming their products are handmade. Have seen their staff recommend unsafe treats to people. Clearly only care about the money and not dogs welfare. Customer service is shocking, staff are rude and clueless. Treats are incredibly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Price was great for size of box! Some things substituted but really cant complain as had at least 1 of everything that was supposed to be there and actually ended up with more items for same price due to subs!!! Delivery was made in 4 days and our dog loves his treats! They have been great for his teeth and his breath is already better! We love that everything is all natural and NO RAWHIDE

Purchased this from my usual raw dog food shop. Cannot give a review on the product itself, as not been able to open the bottle!
A bit like those pesticides, green fly killer, and weed killer!
Excellent once you are able to undo the bottle! Minute writing, and no explanation of how to undo..
Not good for people of pension age, and disabled..

My mixed treat box arrived so quickly and it is AMAZING. Highly recommend! I bought for my parents dog for his birthday (he thought Christmas had arrived too he was so happy) and will be buying again for my two ❤️

I bought the Large Treat Box for my 3yr old Labrador and she loves all of them!

Cannot recommend highly enough. I’ve used the herbaflex for my staffie’s joints. Game changer. I’ve had the treat boxes which he has LOVED, and used the silver cream to heal his scar after an operation. Friendly service, outstanding products. Will continue to support this business and therefore, my dog! Well done guys
