Excelente mercancía
He comprado varios zapatos de Hereu y siempre he estado muy contenta con la rapidez que envían los zapatos. También siempre están bien empaquetados para que lleguen en buenas condiciones. La mercancía es excelente y se ve que toman interés en satisfacer al cliente. Mi única queja es que cuando ponen zapatos en venta la mayoría de las veces hay muy pocos tamaños que quedan. Que lástima!!! Pero muchas gracias por el excelente producto. Raquel

I bought a pair of sandals
I bought a pair of sandals, and some days later it was broken. I wanted to explain this with your customer service to repaired them properly, but it was impossible.
I never had an answer from your side.
This was really disappointing because I felt that this brand doesn’t care their customers.
I don’t remember exactly the date of the issue with the sandals, but I bought them this summer in a Sample day in Poble Nou, Barcelona.

The HEREU experience
The entire experience, even if online, is impeccable. Great product shots and descriptions and very easy order process. My orders were received in perfect state, wrapped elegantly and two artistic photos were added and a thank you note. These are the things I am looking for when purchasing Luxury goods. Now for the bags I ordered: beautiful craftmanship, incredible quality of leather and it just left me wanting more. Sorry Kering and LVMH, HEREU will have my purchases from now on!

Gorgeous shoes and bags, exquisite craftsmanship, better to wait for the Archive sales. The only downside: 90% of their shoes have leather soles that I resole before the first wear (+50€ at least). It would be very convenient to select it as an option when purchasing and not waste my time and efforts.
