I ordered two dresses size 12 when they arrived they were XL. I contacted them and they suggested I find someone that size. Then they offered me £3. I refused and then they upped it to £8. They said I could send them back to China at my expense,with no guarantee that I would get a refund

I was sent a 6XL ( 42B) bra which which measured at full stretch was 34 inches. I complained, sent photos clearly demonstrating this and they refused to refund me , then offered me an insulting £1 telling me I should give the bra to someone else! I refused and they upped this to £3. I paid £13.98 for this bra. Disgusted at the way these China based companies sell us clothes sized for children then refuse flatly to refund. Do not buy these useless products!

Beware - No indication there will be tax added until at the complete purchase section.

Avoid this company, ordered this ring 28th Nov the package never arrived till 30th Dec 2024, opened package with no ring inside, they said it was not possible for it to not be in the ring box, sent pictures they offered me £2 then £3, I told them I wanted item replaced, they said they had tried their "BEST" to resolve this matter, I told them I didn't want any money I wouldn't embarress myself accepting it. Also when this was ordered it said it was coming from the USA all the tracking showed it in America but this was clearly a lie as it came from China, why lie?

This company gave the impression they are UK based but in the US, took weeks to arrive, ordered Salon Nails, poor quality product, difficult to push in the attachments and they don't do a good job, not worth the money, wish I had read the reviews first, have complained to the company

Company appeared to be UK based but items come from the US. My item has never arrived and when I showed the RM the tracking number I was told it was not RM number. The Company then sent me a different tracking number which appeared to show delivery - RM suggested this was scam. No help from their customer service. Very disappointed.

Avoid this site. It is as bad as it gets. They steal customers' money, and if you're lucky enough to receive your order, it arrives with significant delays. This site has unfriendly staff. After a very unpleasant experience with them, I found the same product on another site for half the price. So, avoid this scam site and look for what you want on more reputable sites.

Do not deal with this company they’re a scam. I bought something from them for over €20 and it was broken and they offered me £2 of compensation. sent numerous emails and they offer me £2 in conversation

Having watched videos over and over and researched so much (I thought) I wanted to use an address which was a "co.uk" address. I eventually decided to order 2 dresses, as they were advertised as half price with free postage.
When I checked my bank details I had been over charged by more than £6.
After searching hard I found an email address to complain that I'd been overcharged. I was reimbursed the overpayment.
However, 6 weeks later the dresses arrived ....... Absolutely disappointed. Material was inferior and if their sizing is as they advertise (and I really did measure) they need to look again.
So so disappointed and disgusted. I'd purchased these for a special weekend.
I eventually found an email and sent a request for a return address and refund.
I have had several emails between me and this company who purport to be in UK but they're not! I was told I could send them back but the 'shipping cost' would be a lot.
I have been offered several very insignificant refunds and have eventually had to accept £10 refund for the £40 I spent.
I'd be too embarrassed to take these to a charity shop as they are flammable!!!
I thought the company/goods were in the UK but they're obviously not (very bad grammar in the emails).
I have also made them aware I will not be using them again nor will I recommend them. I got a reply 'thankyou'.

This company takes your money, charges for shipping when it is supposed to be free and does not send the goods.
I’ve been waiting since March and it’s now nearly June. They never answer messages either. I have requested a refund 18 times.

Never again . Ordered items on the 4th April and despite contacting their Customer support link and 10 conversations later I'm still waiting!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They advertise returns and refunds and why you try to organise this they offer you £2 compensation instead of a refund

I bought 2 dresses waited weeks for delivery, once they arrived they were not as discribed, they were made out of a totally different material and very framable, could not be worn, contacted them to return, refused to provide a return address, offered £1, then £3, then £5, up to £11, constantly refusing to provide a return address, then advised I give them to a friend then??? Now no responce, do not deal with these they are nothing more than scammers

HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. BOUGHT CLOTHES THEN CANCELLED ORDER WITHIN 20m. THEIR POLICY STATES THEY'LL ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BEFORE GOODS ARE SHIPPED, BUT THEY DISREGARDED MY CANCELLATION, TOOK MORE MONEY THAN THE STATED COST OF THE GOODS, AND SHIPPED THEM, TAKING A MONTH TO ARRIVE. THEIR SIZING DOESN'T CONFORM TO UK SIZES, SO GOODS DIDN'T FIT. THEIR RETURNS POLICY STATES:

I FOLLOWED EVERYTHING TO THE LETTER & HAD TO ENGAGE WITH BOTS THAT EVENTUALLY OFFERED ME £1 COMPENSATION, THEN £2, THEN £3 FOR AN ORDER FOR WHICH THEY'D TAKEN OVER £80. LOST PATIENCE & HAVING KEPT MINUTE DETAILS OF EVERY CONNECTION WITH THEM, RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH MY C.CARD COMPANY & SENT EVERYTHING TO THEM. REFUND WITHIN A WEEK, BUT HONESTLY THE HASSLE & WORRY AS WELL AS HERIMARIA'S ATTITUDE MEANS I'LL NEVER TOUCH THEM AGAIN. EXTRA WARNING: SAME PEOPLE ADVERTISE SAME GOODS ONLINE BUT UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES. ONCE YOU GET USED TO THE LOOK OF THEIR ADS (type face, illustrations etc) YOU'LL BE ABLE TO SEE WHICH THEY ARE.

Waited weeks for the dress to arrive in the size recommended by advert then returned straight away as did not fit and since 3.4.24 been trying to get confirmation or any notification from them regarding refund.

Absolute disgrace & i would not even five them 1 star if i could. I ordered a dress from them having fully researched their returns policy which clearly states: “customers will only be charged once for shipping costs )this includes returns)”.
Dress took ages to arrive & when it did, it was not as it was described & didn’t fit. When I reached out through PayPal to arrange a return their initial response was to ask me to give it away to a friend because it was too much hassle to return. After much to & fro, I have settled on £13 refund even though, in total, I paid £26 which like some other people here was more than my shipping invoice (still don’t know why). It was going to cost me £28 to post it back to China!!
My advice - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Wrote a review earlier I now have the dress , took 4 weeks I would give zero stars if I could. Nothing like advertised. Poorly stitched and the weirdest material, it’s like waterproof material. Completely breaking every rule of advertising , misrepresented re videos, delivery time . Poor quality, poor sizing pretends to be a UK company when it’s from the USA. Took more money than advertised due to it being a USA company . I could go on . Avoid avoid avoid …..total scam . Paid via PayPal so will place a request for an investigation and my money back

Only giving one star because you can’t leave none . Ordered two based on the adverts on Facebook , even double checked sizing . Dresses arrived and are nothing like the advert , no stretch, cheap material that reminds me of a shower curtain . Got in touch to be told this was the size I ordered . Got in touch again to say I’d taken their advice. Was offer £2 per dress and told to keep them . Was advised it would be very ‘ expensive to you ‘ to return . I’m not sure where they’ve managed to find all these ‘ satisfied’ customers who rave about these dresses ! Avoid this company at all costs . Facebook need to tighten up on what companies advertise on them
