Awful, waited 6 weeks on a dress for it to appear and look nothing like pictures. Tacky, no stretch, contrary to the reviews saying wonderful, comfy stretch dress. Put it in bin as they do not do returns. Offered me £2 back. They don't tell you it's from China. Stay away.

Ordered an item for an event - it took 1 month to arrive after the event. Nowhere on the website did it say it would come from the USA. The quality and fit is very poor and also the amount I was charged was more than showing on the website. When I asked to return the item for a refund their only response was "After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective."

Having now read the reviews I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole and I'd advise anyone to be very wary of ordering anything from this website. My item as a cheap shoddy Chinese made dress that would be just a few pounds on other cheap websites - but at least with them you know what you're paying for and take a risk.

What a terrible company it’s a scam in my opinion we have been waiting weeks
And can’t get our money back.

I have now been waiting 7 weeks for my order. I keep emailing but although the tracking stopped on 25th February they won’t acknowledge it is lost. The tracking says London but the postcode is Aberdeen. I will never buy from them again.

Waiting over a month now for a dress and ear pods, and have requested cancelation several times. However 'uh oh' the delivery has been shipped from US and cannot be stopped. Asked for free return advice which has not been forthcoming. Total and utter shambles. Never been scammed like this before. Can I give ZERO stars?

I have been sending endless emails with no satisfaction at all.
They offered £3.00 return for goods worth over £40.00’They will not give an address to return the goods.
If anyone knows it, I would be very grateful. Very poor quality goods and undersized.
Do not go anywhere near this company. I am going to consult a solicitor

Would be minus stars if I could. Quality is so poor, not as advertised at all and company will not take back. £38 down the drain. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Do not buy from this company absolute scam 5 weeks in and I still haven't received the dress I purchased and can get nowhere with emails I have sent them except "be patient" won't let me cancel order I paid through PayPal and was charged more then price the dress was advertised for also said it was UK company which it is not...so sorry I didn't look up reviews first but hopefully this will help someone else and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

Poor quality clothes not as advertised and can’t get information on how to return . Dreadful customer service which states delivery as ordered and won’t provide retain information or a refund . Misleading Do NOT BUY . Still stuck with two dresses and want to return them and email every day . Scam

I ordered from what I thought was a UK based company (.co.uk web address & a native British speaker in the ad).

I should have come here and done my research first.
They are overseas.

I tried to cancel numerous times within 10 minutes of making the order but they refused.

They also took £10 more than I authorised through PayPal (which PP tell me is sales tax because they’re overseas)!

I would never have bought the goods from an overseas company because of the tax and duty due when they get here.

I tried to cancel so many times, via PP as well as through their website.
They constantly refused.
The goods have apparently been shipped but they’re still not here more than 2 weeks later.

Learn from my mistake.
Avoid at all costs.

Using videos from UK companies to sell poor quality, poorly made knock off clothes. Pay through PayPal and they'll still fight you. No one seems willing to stop these companies from taking money

What a load of rubbish these dresses are....don't be fooled by the British woman modelling them. These are NOT thw same dresses! Disgusting material, and they don't even look like the dresses worn by the model. Absolute waste of money and of my time waiting for them to be delivered....3 weeks or more!
Stay clear of this company! Do not buy!!!

Dreadful company, extremely poor quality material and not true to size. Impossible to return as no contact number and email correspondence refuses to supply return address.

Beware !!! they take more money from account than is invoiced. Quality of goods very poor. Also delivery very long (from USA). As they say once bitten!!!

DON’T BUY, VERY POORLY MADE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU WANT TO RETURN, THEY WILL NOT GIVE A RETURN ADDRESS DESPITE ME QUOTING THE RETURN POLICY ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE
I ordered 2 dresses, when they arrived they were not what I was expecting, poorly made, too small and horrible material, cheap and nasty. Contacted them for a return and they have sent endless emails informing me the correct size was sent and there is nothing they can do to help. I have asked endless times for a return address and even quoted their return policy which is from their website but have up to yet not been given this so no refund for me. Please be aware the dresses are not what they are advertised on their website

Don't even think about buying from this crap company. Material is dreadful, sizing all wrong and won't refund me..

I placed an order for 2 dresses today. The price shown on the invoice was £33.98
They actually took £40.78 from my account.
I contacted them immediately within minutes to cancel the order, because it was obviously a scam. They replied to my email with, “we were currently on holiday and Have limited access to our system”, and refused to cancel the order.
Pay pal are not helping currently

I can’t edit my review below but said I would when goods arrived. Dress got here finally after a long journey from the US, it’s cheap material, not generous and floaty, very small and as XL a million miles off a U.K. size 16! It would cost loads to return so for me it’s money down the drain. AVOID! Spend your money in the UK!

Saw a lovely dress on Facebook. Checked the web address which looked legit and looked to be uk based. I decided to order two….what a mistake!
Paid through PayPal but was charged more than originally stated. Dresses came from the USA so took several weeks. They arrived yesterday. They are the worst quality product I have ever seen, skimpy and nothing like the advertisement. Just horrible, not even good enough to be used as cleaning clothes.
Save your money, please do not buy!
