Good website, fast service. I think the cost of the part is excessive and $20.00 is too much for shipping, but overall best price for this part for a 26 year old Viking stove.

I got 2-3 revised delivery comments each weeks out.
Yet I was charged immediately for the item.
If delivery is not known at the time the order is placed then don’t charge the customer until the product is confirmed delivered

Great service but your shipping costs are astronomical. Bought $19 worth parts and it was $23 to ship. Seems off base to me
