What a experience!
i found Hermes on Facebook, and expressed interest. From first contact to my departure at Istanbul after surgery, the team was very kind, professional and sensitive to my individual needs.

They have the best medical team, many specialists to see to you daily while in Hospital. I would not have received similar care here in South Africa. Language is not an issue, their team has English speaking professional who is always with you.
I recommend you bring a travel companion though, the process is very challenging psychologically. The team takes care of your partner.
it has been 3 months, and i am just 6kg away from my goal weight. My life has changed for better. Reward yourself, go for it!

I had my Gastric Sleeve Surgery in Turkey Istanbul with Hermes Clinic, the experience was amazing , from organising my trip till my arrival, nurses at hospital were very helpful and a very nice people who always serve you with a smile, every thing was properly organised. The hospital stay was great , very hygienic space

I had an outstanding experience.

Had a boob uplift in Turkey, over the moon with them! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Hotels were lovely, had the best experience as I was on my own, which it didn’t feel like it 🫶🏼

Had my teeth done in turkey (implants) with Hermes l, I had a great experience and the dentists did a fantastic job
I had so much help from Hermes on the phone while I was there sorting out my appointments and transport I spoke with a lady daily called Bilgehan
Who has been fantastic and really helped me when I was in Istanbul sorting everything out for me

The level of attention and care of the staff was amazing, 5 stars. The whole process was easy and flowed and I felt safe the medical staff would take care of me and do the best. I felt very secure even though I was away from home and this made the my surgery and subsequent recovery, very smooth.
The Hermes staff also were excellent, replying to queries at any time, despite the time differences, always happy to help and ready to assist with anything. Can't speak highly enough of the whole process.

I don't know what to say but all went well our Doctor or soildier♥️❤️😅Bubu, international consultants, nurses and dietician professionals and making sure we happy... Am back home healing very well, got my medications and taking a day at a time🙏I will definitely recommend my friends not forgetting about 5star hotel actually the hospital is 5star as well you will think you in a hotel. My companion was taken care of as well, their meal for his was perfect. I will advise you take a companion with to get more assistance because remember you not the only patient that time. Thank you very much for the experience I can't wait for my transformation

Let me start my words with thank you guys for everything 🥰So far so good with the medication it’s only slightly headaches I am having now and then ,the treatment is doing very good I am happy with that I am slowly healing perfectly ….Besides getting exhausted at times I am sure it’s the medication. My experience with Hermes family is out of this world it felt like a home 🥰to me I even felt like a baby at times and the stuff Wow you guys are so loving and caring I can’t close my mouth about you From the doctor ,stuff,Management (Bubu) ,Transfer drivers thank you for everything.My procedure went well the pains were much but as a strong woman I managed to remove fear and focus on what i came for in Turkey 🇹🇷 and everything was a success I came back home to my family I am happy again following all your orders I will be waiting for good results soon

I flew out on the 25th August operation on the 26th August bank holiday I was nervous but after meeting surgeon and 12 pre op test we were good to go I can honestly say Hermes have changed my life I was unhappy and unhealthy before surgery but now am more active and getting fitter I can honestly say Hermes have changed my life

So far, so good. I have no complaints. The surgery was the best thing I did for myself. I am now approaching my 6 months post up on the 14th of November, 2024.

I am feeling much more energized and less sleepy. I had terrible insulin resistance problems earlier this year, and now I think I don't have it that much anymore.

Overall, the surgery for me was successful, and I enjoyed every bit of it. I can still remember waking up from surgery 😂. I was so extremely worried about getting vsg, but now it has been the best decision of my life. It was a really, really fun experience for me. I am not sure about other patients, but for me, I had a fun journey in the hospital.

I did have some ups and downs in my journey, but it was surely an amazing one!

The aftercare was carefully care for by me.
There's no issues so far..

From the moment I booked with these guys they kept intouch and made me feel very comfortable about everything got to the hospital and the staff made me feel so welcome looked after me and my travel companion the nurses were so kind and caring the surgeon kept coming round to see how I was and made me feel so good everything they did was with care and passion I would highly recommend thank you all once again

I had a gastric sleeve September 10th with Hermes. Dr Zafer Cenk! I was absolutely petrified about leaving the UK and having surgery abroad because you hear so many horror stories. The specifically wanted this surgeon and to be at Bay Park Hospital as my friend had a sleeve April and recommended him. She was successful and has lost nerly 8 stone to date. Nevertheless I was stil scared thinking all crazy things, praying all would go well and I could get home to my children. On arrival they do soooo many tests bloods, X-rays, heart scans etc they are thorough which was easing just to make sure I was medically fit to have surgery. I was surprised how many international people travel for the surgery. The ward had at least 8 other people there from all over having a sleeve. I braved it and everything went well. I was quite sick as I came round after surgery and I coughed up blood which wasn’t nice Bt it is normal. I was up walking within a few hours of having my surgery. It is quite uncomfortable where the incisions are. And especially the drain that’s relly irritating. The relief you get once that’s out is crazyyy. The first couple of days I was quite sleepy but I just took advantage of getting the rest my body needed. The nurses day and night are amazing, although there is a language barrier they use phones to translate and it works well enough. Surgeon himself very nice, stern man. Knows what he’s doing. He reassured me I wasn’t going to die lol. I am 3 weeks post opp still early days Bt I’m 19lbs down and feel amazing. Gastric sleeve is life changing so I would say to anybody make sure you 100% want it as it is mentally challenging at time. I would say research research thoroughally before doing it to make sure it’s defo right for you. Its a tool it doesn’t change your mindset on food. And although your stomach doesn’t feel so hungry mentally your starving and then you can’t actually eat. The liquid puree diet is the hardest part. Bt now im eating soft foods it is also hard as cant eat a lot and in your mind you want too. I am just happy that i can eat chicken n stuff again because some people actually cant have certain foods again as they get sickness etc. I had a great experience with HERMES couldn’t fault it, and I met some lovely gastric sleeve friends also
