Horrible . Do not use this company. Took my money and didn’t have the part I needed.

AC compressor clutch fit perfectly and aligned correctly with the other pulleys. The website is well designed, the price was reasonable and the delivery was very quick.

I was hesitant at first after looking at Facebook and seeing the people oddly enough complaining about getting bad starters(after I’d already ordered a starter). But the price was great shipping was rather local and took no time at all. I had no issues with it I got the right part, it installed easily and worked first time.

Everything I ordered was reasonably priced and arrived on time. Thats all I can ask for.

The search bar on the website is difficult to navigate in order to find the part I need. Even with the part number provided,wording must be just right and I experience difficulty every time I attempt to purchase a v-belt.

I ordered a starter , recieved the wrong part , hex was supposed to send right part and didn't witch cause me to loose my job. HEX AUTO SUCKS!!

They sold me what was suppose to be a new starter it looked new too but I didn't work and by me thinking it was a new starter I spent countless hrs running tests checking for other equipment being faulty wiring and all just to have to uninstall it take it to AutoZone had it tested it was no good people stay away from this place

My refund two me you got your part back to your company I had to paid to send it back no refund

Ordered a starter for my 2011 Escape....looked good but quit after a few weeks....tried to get it warranty exchanged and they said it was out of warranty!! It had a 6 month warranty and it was only less than 3 months old!!!! Screw them..I'm charging it back

After posting the above, I get an email from them saying if I remove this, they will replace it.....Yeah RIGHT!! Replace it first....THEN I get a TEXT from them saying its not under warranty even though I first complained about it in Sept!! BS...Its under warranty!! I have the sales invoice showing 6 MONTH warranty....what kind of crap is this?? Guess Im calling the BBB and my CU and charging it back....I WOULD NOT deal with this company....They lie and refuse to follow their OWN Warranty terms....

Bought a starter for a bmw 650i starter arrived but did not work.. waisted my time installing couldn’t get engine to crank took the starter out and to O’Reilly to test and starter was a dud
