I had ordered an a/c compressor that came defective. Replaced with a second one that works great. No issues at all getting a refund. Service very prompt and professional. Will have no issues using them in the future.

Excellent Prices and Value for the Money, The parts seem to be decent to good quality which seems to be an issue with many more traditional higher end and more expensive names that seem to have significantly declined today it feels like to me or so it seems anyway. The billing was from a third party so I had no clue what that charge was on my credit card. I cancelled my card over it and reported it as fraud. The part arrived, but was used and broken.
