Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Their website misrepresented the color of the item I purchased and then they wanted me to cover shipping AND a 'restocking fee' all of which is nearly the cost of the original part. Their customer service is obysimal, they sent several emails trying to blame me for the mistake and refused to take responsibility even when I sent them side by side photos of their website and the item they sent.
You can find nearly every part they sell on Amazon for 20-30% less and not have to worry about returning it if they misrepresent the part. It would not be surprising if they are just ordering the parts off Amazon and reselling them for a markup...
I will definitely not fall victim to this scam again...

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a refrigerator part on March 25, 2026 and they immediately took my money and to this day (4/19/26) I have not received the part. No one is responding to numerous emails or phone calls and I'm left without a part and lost the money. Terrible!

My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent, however, it is somewhat mind-twisting to decipher which Furrion refrigerator hinge is the correct number to order, because Furrions open both LEFT and RIGHT, and the hinges are different for which direction the door swings, and whether the hinge needed is for the fridge or for the freezer.

Never Delivered, but charged for it!!

Placed order with clear delivery details for RV site in orders comments. They claimed that they didn't have details when trying to deliver, but also never notified me. After waiting several weeks for a response, finally had to cancel order, only to receive partial credit as they charged me for their shipping error!
Terrible customer service, do not use!!!!

The shipping worked well

The shipping worked well. However, I ordered the wrong part based on confusion with the description. I have emailed two times for exchange instructions with no return. I called the number on the website twice and the mailbox is full. Not satisfied1/16/26

Ordered but no ship date?

We placed our order and received confirmation without any shipping details. After 4 days of no action we requested status of the order- had to send a 2nd request. Finally received a reply the part had to be ordered. If this was stated up front it would have avoided our frustration. I'm glad it's on order, and waiting a few weeks is ok, it should have been stated or estimated ship date provided. Customers like to know when to expect their order- not left hanging.

New refrigerator

I ordered a new refrigerator to replace the dead one in my camper on a Saturday, they called me the following Monday, and the fridge was delivered on Tuesday to my campsite! The price was right, the shipping was free and the delivery driver was very courteous. We had a mobile repair service do the install and I couldn’t be happier to start the new year “glamping”!

Customer service and reliability HORRIBLE

Customer service not good. 3 months since I ordered my product, I still don’t have my item. No updates. Owner calls you to take down your bad reviews promising to help you, but doesn’t. Then blames another company. HOW ABOUT DONT SELL STUFF YOU DONT HAVE. Please refund my money. I’ve gave you plenty of chances to make it right. BUYERS BEWARE. I feel like this company is a scam and good luck getting someone to answer there phone after they claim to be soooo busy.

Chad, really sorry about the long delay here on this. Your order has been in the queue for 2 months, since you had placed it on October 28th. We have just cancelled the special order and will be issuing you a refund.

Unfortunately, with special orders, the lead time is an estimate provided by Norcold and speeding that process up is completely out of our hands. I know it's frustrating, we're frustrated too.

The part is faulty

The part is faulty. I called talked to one of your people. They told me I would have to go through Norcold to get it replaced. Norcold won’t replace it unless I get one of there dealers to look at it. That will cost me more than a new part.

Waited 3 months for a Norcold optic…

Waited 3 months for a Norcold optic board for a refrigerator. The part was defective and I was told I would have to jump through the hoops with Norcold warranty rather than RV Fridge Guys issuing a return request and a refund for a new part that was defective right out of the box.
