HFE Avis

The course content was comprehensive and to a high quality standard - I felt the materials were clear, informative and independent learning was really well facilitated. I think the course (I did Level 3 Mat Pilates) was excellent value for money, and communication between the team members and I were always helpful and positively forward-focused. Molly, my learning support tutor, was just outstanding. She was a fantastic support throughout - she was always professional, warm and proactive! I also met some great people across the course - it definitely encourages networking and empowering other professionals as collaborators. I would, and actually have, recommend HFE. I also plan to return again (for my third time) for Reformer Pilates in the future! Thank you all at HFE 🥰🙏

I completed my L3 in Mat Pilates with HFE and they were fantastic. Great communication and absolutely lovely team members.

Gosia was blooming fantastic on assessment weekend and put me at ease.

I was very pleased with the HFE course I took recently. The programme was really interesting and engaging, and I felt it really deepened my knowledge of working with menopausal clients. I received excellent support from tutors Molly and Katy, who were incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. Great experience & highly recommended.

Amazing experience… HFE are the best choice for those who want the perfect mix of knowledge, personal touch and assistance on their journey.

Tom H is the man, thanks so much for the support.

Cheers team 👍

I just want to say a massive thank you to Natalie Meek. Natalie made us feel so at ease for our assessment. She is very knowledgeable and provided us with professional feedback to help with each section, we were supported from start to finish. What a fantastic teacher!

Natalie was as absolutely amazing and made everyone feel really relaxed but still professional. Her presence really helped our group and she was very kind and helpful

I enrolled in an HFE course with high hopes. However, shortly after purchasing the course, I experienced a serious health condition that resulted in a disability. As a result, I was no longer able to continue the course or pursue a career in this profession.

I explained my situation to HFE and requested to cancel my course. I had barely started the course and had not even touched the study materials that were sent to me. Despite these exceptional circumstances, I was told that the course could not be cancelled.

As a result, I lost more than £1,000 for a course I was unable to use. I expected an education provider to show understanding, compassion, and flexibility when a student's life changes so dramatically due to circumstances completely beyond their control. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

My experience left me feeling that human circumstances and individual situations were given little consideration, while financial interests were prioritised. For this reason, I cannot recommend HFE.

Such amazing support around training and online work! Eleana was my support tutor and I could call her at any time when I felt overwhelmed or when I needed support.
If Eleana wasn’t available the other support tutors were always on hand to help.
Thank you to everyone who helped me pass my L3 Mat exam !!

I was disappointed with the level of support and feel the course was miss sold in that it stated no prior experience was necessary but it certainly was. Most ppl on the course were already informally teaching / had PT backgrounds so just think very carefully before investing significant money into one of your courses.

Amazing course, amazing knowledgable instructors and tutors! Thank you all for making the whole experience great and achievable.
Really enjoyed all my practical days in mat and reformer! Ive met so many lovely girls along the way!!! Highly recommend HFE. THANK YOU again x

I have used HFE for my two courses of mat and reformer pilates, the support i have had has been mega, they staff are so happy to help and full of excellent information.
Thank you to everyone have helped me .

Eleana is an amazing support tutor she has helped me throughout my course massively! Thankyou

An absolutely brilliant experience working with HFE. From the user friendly portal, the study guide, pre-recorded lectures, my coach (the excellent Tom Hothersall) and the in-person sessions in London all were very professional and made the course a pleasure.

Karen smith was amazing, she made sure we were fully prepared for our exam days. Very approachable when needed help.

This was a great course that I couldn’t have completed without the support of my tutor Eleana . I have learnt so much about Pilates but also about myself - thank you . I won’t lie it’s a hard course but what a sense of achievement you get from completing it .

HFE was a great company to use for my course as I was able to do it in my own time alongside my full time job. I feel I have all the knowledge I need to pursue this as a future career now. All the tutors on the practical days were fun, it was jam packed in the best ways and tutors were super knowledgeable and friendly, big shout out to Dawn, Angela, and Natalie! Thanks to Molly for all the over the phone support and assessments - super supportive and bubbly every time we spoke! Loved the learning experience and meeting new people, friendships made for life and sad it's all over, but let the real fun begin!

hi i had a great experience with with HFE i did my menopause course which i really enjoyed.
katy was amazing a great tutor and very helpful

I've just completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates course with HFE, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The course was well structured, with learning materials that allowed me to study at my own pace while still feeling fully supported throughout.
The practical teaching weekends were enjoyable, and gave me confidence in my teaching.
My support coach, Eleana, was so helpful throughout the course. She was always there to answer my questions and guide me whenever I needed help.
I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned and can’t wait to continue my Reformer journey with HFE in the future.

Dani was a fantastic online support tutor. Tracey was also fantastic in person. Both of them are very knowledgeable :)

I found the course really informative and user friendly. My tutor Eleana was extremely knowledgeable and a great support throughout! Would highly recommend.
