Ive given a 5 star review following the in person weekend workshops I’ve attended that were led by Lucy . She managed to use her experience and expertise to bring our on line learning to life !

Spending 3 weekends with a fantastic group of people who were all passionate about teaching Pilates was great !

Lucy has been such an amazing Pilates teacher throughout this course. Her teaching has always been so clear, precise and easy to follow, which made even the more challenging concepts feel manageable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain not just what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it, which has really helped build my confidence. You can tell how much thought and effort she’s put into creating the course, and it genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without her. She’s approachable, supportive and always happy to answer questions, creating such a positive learning environment. Lucy is a huge asset, and I’ve learned so much from her—I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

Lucy was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and empowering. She was supportive and gave feedback in such a professional and kind way. She really made the course so welcoming and positive and has motivated me so much more. The way she teaches is brilliant for everyone and I know everyone on my course had the best time.

Just passed my Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor! HFE offer a great programme - structured pre-learning, fab online learning hub, great materials & support information, excellent videos coupled with a really lovely tutor (Eleana) & course instructors too. The course is challenging in lots of ways but gets you stuck into teaching practice really early on which I found invaluable. I am looking forward to starting my Pilates Instructor adventures now!

Materials came quickly, contact with learning support was immediate then continued throughout and the option to undertake training days via Teams meant I was able to participate even with two young children.

I’ve just completed my L3 Supporting Participation in Physical Activity for Menopause. This on line course was easy to follow, lots of video lectures, a virtual manual to read, Q&As and a case study. A fascinating delve into Menopause. Highly Recommend. My Tutor Dani was on hand to take calls and answer emails whenever I needed assistance or motivation

Just completed my yoga qualification. Special thanks to Molly Marsden who gave me unstinting support throughout. She really helped me get over the finish line and qualify.

The course was amazing and informative. Everyone at HFE was really friendly and inviting and gave lots and lots of support. I would recommend if you are wanting to complete a fitness course.

Frazar was an outstanding teacher over the weekends for both the lvl 2 Gym Instructor and lvl 3 PT courses. It was a comprehensive, hands on, fun experience and I really felt I learnt valuable tools to take into my career going forward.

Amazing coaching! At beginning, I only signed up for the level 2 because I was going to see if I like it or not. Turns out I absolutely loved it so I singled up my level 3. Trust me, studying with HFE is the best decision you will ever made.

I can't recommend HFE highly enough. The PT level 2 and 3 course was well structured, professionally delivered and provided an excellent balance of theory and practical learning. The support throughout was fantastic, and I finished the course feeling confident and well prepared to begin as a Personal Trainer.

The biggest reason for this was Frazar. He is genuinely the best tutor I've ever had. His knowledge is outstanding, but what impressed me most was his ability to explain all topics in a way that was easy to understand. He was always patient, approachable and willing to spend extra time making sure everyone fully understood the content before moving on.

Frazar created a relaxed, positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable, while still maintaining high standards and encouraging us to be the best they could be. His feedback was always constructive, motivating and tailored to each individual, which really helped build my confidence throughout the course.

If you're thinking about completing your PT qualifications, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HFE. And if you're lucky enough to have Frazar as your tutor, you're in the very best hands.

John was an excellent assessor. He was thorough, fair, and highly professional in his assessments. When some of my coursework was referred, his detailed and constructive feedback clearly identified the areas that needed improvement. This enabled me to fine-tune my work, strengthen my submissions, and ultimately achieve a pass. His feedback was always clear, supportive, and focused on helping me meet the required standard, which I really appreciated.
