HFE exceeded all of my expectations. From the very beginning, I felt fully supported throughout my Mat and Reformer Pilates qualification. The tutor support was exceptional, they were always reassuring, encouraging, and took the time to answer every question and provide valuable guidance whenever I needed it.
Their support gave me the confidence to complete the course, and I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without them. I couldn’t recommend HFE highly enough to anyone looking to qualify as a Pilates instructor.

The online course is very well structured, with a lot of resources available to support learning, including videos, handbooks, and clear guidance on how to complete the course. The support from the tutors, especially Eleana, was the best part of the experience. They were helpful, patient, and provided valuable feedback and guidance throughout. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend HFE.

I really enjoyed my Mat Pilates training with HFE. The instructors, Tracy and Zoe, were amazing—so knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. They created a welcoming learning environment, easing us in and helping us develop our skills at the right pace.

The online course content was easy to follow, informative, and well structured. My tutor, Dani, has also been fantastic. She is incredibly kind, always took the time to answer my questions, and provided support throughout the course.

HFE have been a great course, everything is easy to follow along and complete and your own pace. Eleana my tutor especially has been an amazing help whenever i got stuck on anything. She helped resolve it immediately and supported me a lot during the course which helped massively. Would definitely recommend the course for anyone looking to get their level 3 diploma in personal training.

Seems like a lot of people had similar experiences as me with them. Choose another company to study!
They don’t provide any support at tutoring (my tutor was Danielle Sharrock), keep referring you and charging additional fees for any move you need make to complete the course.

My tutor eleana was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, especially when life was getting in the way for me! She was really understanding and was an excellent tutor.

The online experience with HFE was great. It was easy to email or call if any help was needed and the overall course was explained well. I enjoyed the online weekends which were super informative and interactive. I had Eleana for my final VIVA assessment call and she was absolutely lovely!

I recently completed my practical Pilates assessment in London. I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and care shown by the tutors Sarah and Amy. Sarah the lead tutor was incredibly knowledgeable of Pilates - every session was wow and she’s a great role model for us aspiring tutors ! The sessions were filled with brilliant insights into effectively teaching Pilates, drawing on anatomy, and the classical Pilates method. I hope to become as fluent in Pilates as she is. The training days were long and required a lot of focus, but so grateful to both tutors for putting in all their energy and effort into imparting their knowledge and techniques.

I like the HFE online courses because they allow flexibility and studying at own pace. Very well organised material and very good and supportive tutors. Totally recommended.

I've just passed my L3 Mat Pilates course and it's been such a fulfilling experience with HFE. The learning materials are in-depth and easy to dive into at your own pace, the in-person teaching weekends were so much fun and engaging, and my tutor, Eleanor, was always easy to reach if I ever needed. It's hard work at times, but you get out what you put in. I'll most certainly continue my training with HFE, and look forward to Reformer or L4 in the very near future. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience completing the Level 3 Award in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Perinatal with HFE. The course content was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to follow. The case studies encouraged me to apply what I had learned to real-life situations, which helped build my confidence.

The viva assessment focused on understanding and applying knowledge rather than simply memorising information. I found this very valuable, as it enabled me to explain how I would safely support antenatal and postnatal clients in my own professional practice.

I successfully passed with 100%, and I now feel much more confident supporting pregnant and postnatal clients through safe and effective exercise. I would recommend this course to any fitness professional looking to expand their knowledge and skills in perinatal exercise.

Very in depth, really care about teachig pilates properly in its classic form.

Great cost value too! Completely worth the money
