Since I was on budget, I have got the royal air flight, sarah offered this airline, indeed it is cheaper compare to other flights. She just issued my ticket after taking half of the payment, wasn't expecting that. Good customer service.

My.refund is going to be paid today. After, cancellation of my.booking to Africa could not travel because l could not afford my fare. It all happened in a jiffy, Aryan kindly.assisted me all the way he was helpful to me booked.the flight sent me a link to pay quarter of the amount when l changed he also assured me several times l called that l 'll.be reimbused which is what is happening now. I cannot thank him and Hi5tickets for the way it has turned out.

Due to the ongoing conflict in Middle east, our flight got cancelled, upon verifying with airline I got to know the difficult situation we are in. We 5 people were about to fly the very next day. It’s been more than a year
It’s been more than a year. I’ve been demanding a refund of over £1000, which they just will NOT issue. They promised to refund everything after my tickets got cancelled, which was a lie. They then said they’ll give me £1000 in credit, which they then refused to give, just a major SCAM
