Please avoid if possible
Please avoid it at all cost, this company is a scam. They lure you into a deposit to hold you down with low ticket fare which are not real
We booked a ticket for £4203 and were asked to pay in 3 instalment, at second instalment we were told to accept a new return date or plus 2 weeks or pay additional £1917. This was after wasting our time for 12 days. when we asked for a refund, we were charged £400 for cancellation. Our travelling plan was destroyed by this horrible agency. Total time and money waster.
They still advertise the same cheap tickets on their site waiting for their next victim.
Save yourself from the nightmare.

We are yet to get back our refund. They said 20 working days and now it's more than that. £1343 was paid as deposit.
@14;38. Call received from this company, the caller was threatening me with a law suit. He was yelling on the phone and ended the call abruptly.

I send an email on the 1st of May to let this company to let them know that we are yet to get a refund from the £1343 the we deposited on the 6th of March.
They never replied and we are yet to get a refund. When I called this afternoon, the call handler was so rude and he ended the call.
This is the worse experience of my life.

Please avoid dealing with them based on my experience. Worse experience of my entire life. They are giving reasons to make it right for them not to offer any refund. Don't be a victim.

Dear Miss Mabel,
If an airline cancels the flight, they offer you the alternative, if passenger is not ready to opt-in for the alternative its a complete prerogative of the passenger either to cancel the booking or to comply. In your case; you opted-in not to comply first, and then you made another booking and repeated the cancellation.
We tried to facilitate and compensate you, but this is 9th false review inline from you. Yet, we are still refunding your amount excluding cancellation charges.
We would request you to please stop spreading falsifications. If you do not understand the ethics and core of airline bookings we must advise you to create a proper understanding. Try to understand there can be any unforeseen matter leading to flight cancellation.
Hopefully, we will never serve you again to secure ourselves and cure our precious time.

Try to book tickets
Try to book tickets, just only got so many guestion and no tickets, they even ask why you going for two weeks not for the week. Have to call them and ask if i can buy, but on last conversation been told that price only for two seats not 4, thats fine, but then he is asking why I choose payment method where is offering on them website instead to not paying full amount. Just a time waste.

A Good Travel Agent always enquires about the travel plans of a passenger to advise them about the best travel plan that suits the needs of a traveler, and that is only possible if the proper questions are being asked. I believe there must have been some misunderstandings as none of our trained sales executive have the courage to speak any of the passengers wrongfully.
As your travel date was too far, the agent tried to introduce you with a facility of "paying in 3 instalments" which creates an ease of paying for the travelers, I wonder why and how this was questionable.
Upon enquiry; our BDM Called you right after some time you posted this review, after a polite introduction, your tone was extremely offensive and then you straightway disconnected the call.
No business was conducted with you, no bookings or reservations were made and yet you left a bad comment, which make us wonder about the authenticity of this review.
We are still available to serve you in a way you prefer, and apologize for any inconvenience you felt.
