Hadn't had a hearing test from child hood was amazing how they can tell what part of my hearing was gone unfortunately not in the position ATM to afford your hearing aids

Got appointment with a man called Des …
Got appointment with a man called Des when he realised I wanted the hearing aid that is covered by the grant he was not happy what so ever he changed in a second. All he was interested in was a sale of an aid for 3000. Which you pay 1600 after Grant and tax refund . Hidden hearing is only interested in money . When I phoned him to tell him I was not going ahead with any sale from this company he hung up the phone. He is about the rudest man I have ever met that deals with the public . KEEP AWAY At all costs

Hearing Test
Anthony (the audiologist) was very professional and friendly. The test was comprehensive and even involved me listening to a real person at different distances and even in an another room. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Extremely disappointed after spending…
Extremely disappointed after spending £3,500 on hearing aids three years ago that nobody thought to tell me at the time that in three years I would need to spend another £4000 to hear properly, had I been aware that the hearing aids couldn’t be adapted to my hearing needs as each year past I would of just settled for the cheaper ones in the beginning. Not impressed that there nothing they can do to help me unless I spend that amount of money yet again. Possibly naive but absolutely will NOT be recommending anyone to hidden hearing.
