Hifonix Avis 

I purchased the Focal Hadenys along with the Mojo 2 DAC based on what I was recommended. I went there on the 25th of September trying to find a set of high quality headphones to replace my current sound system, and not only did they have a wide variety of high end sound equipment, I was recommended the perfect combination based on my budget. I was also able to contact them after purchase for assistance with set up, and they were very happy to help. Would totally recommend to anyone trying to buy high end sound equipment, this is the place to go

Focal celestee headphones are simply stunning in sound quality. Best headphones I've ever had. Soundstage is excellent with an outside your head experience which surprised me as they are closed back. Unparalleled clarity with excellent dynamics and a sub-bass as good as it is famous for. I'm so happy I consider these headphones endgame for me. I consider my system to be perfect with no need to upgrade. Service was great as.these were factory grade B and they arrived in mint condition without a mark on them. Very impressed.

Spoke to Aseem about a cable upgrade on my Unique Melody Mest 2 IEM’s as I managed to break the connector in the gym by accident. He suggested either the Eletech Raphael or Effect Audio Code 23.
Ended up on going for the Code 23’s as he mentioned they were going to be more durable especially for gym use which made sense. Once arrived set them up and have to say even on initial hearing sounded amazing both in terms of being natural sounding but also incredibly organic which is exactly what I wanted. Having let them burn in for a few weeks even more impressed and exactly what Aseem had said -Brilliant all round natural sounding with plenty of bass. Pleasure doing business with and would thoroughly recommend

I had an issue with a purchase of mine, and had to send it back for a refund on advice of the Cayin rep.

Understandably, canjam has just occurred which meant that the refund took a little bit longer than expected. Despite this, Aseem called me directly and informed me of the situation.

Much respect and appreciation to Aseem and the rest of the guys at Hifonix.

Aseem came to set up my speakers at home and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He turned up earlier than expected, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Even though he mentioned he’s been going through some personal challenges lately, you’d never have known—his attitude and care for his work were exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Great to deal with. My order of an Audio Technica cartridge was delayed and then DHL sent a picture claiming they'd damaged the package and l had refused to accept it (not true, it was never delivered) so l never received it, l emailed hifonix and the guy called me and was really apologetic, it was sorted out and l received a replacement cartridge yesterday.

Placed an order for an item that was advertised as guaranteed in stock for next day delivery. That was on Tuesday, Wednesday no delivery. Emailed Thursday to ask where it was no reply. Phoned on Friday to be told it was not in stock and it would be delivered the following Thursday. At no point did they change ad to say they didn't have Astell&kern sr35 instock. I cancelled the order

I purchased the Hiby R6Pro MAX on the 8/06/25. Purchase was easy straight forward with a quick delivery.
Last night 02/07/25 it stopped working suddenly, wouldn't power on or charge.
I contacted Hifonix this morning 03/07/25 at 9pm and despite not being open until 10am they answered incase it was very urgent. I quickly apologised for calling so early and that I would call back when they had opened. At 10am they called ME back. The gentleman was very friendly, taking me through a few quick steps to hard reset the device. Problem sorted.
I suffer from an anxiety disorder that makes simple tasks like calling support hugely difficult. This is the first time in a very long time I have done so myself and spent last night dreading it. If I ever need to contact Hifonix in the future I won't dread at all, as the customer service was outstanding.

I recently bought a pair of premium headphones from Hifonix, I was very impressed with the service I received concerning cables and the communication with them regarding delivery - thoroughly recommended.

I will always speak to Aseem regarding a new purchase and he always makes himself available despite his busy workload.

So I am now in possession of a brand new HiBy RS8 Hi-Res Flagship Darwin-based R2R Digital Audio Player DAP. Aseem very kindly did a part exchange of my Cayin N8ii. I am so pleased with the Hiby and to my ears the sound of the device is more noticeably better than the Cayin (which is also a fantastic player). I used the Hiby for at least 6 hours staight and just gets better. So glad Aseem convinced me to get this. He never pushes for you to get the most expensive product, he guides you through what your audio needs might be and he does this brilliantly. Thank you once again Hifonix.

Very impressed. Asim was kind, helpful, informative, and although his shop contains all kinds of amazing audio equipment - he's able to work within your budget and does not try to pressure or upsell. Lots of care for the customer. Would absolutely return.

Great company to deal with. Have purchased 2 pairs of Noble Audio earphones from them. Items have been dispatched without delay and with tracking available. Lovely people to talk to for assistance and advice when required.

Spoke to Asim having managed to break my existing 2.5mm Unique Melody MEST MK2 cable in the gym by accident, he suggested a few options one being the Effect Audio Code 23 as it was both robust and very natural sounding as it uses copper which I prefer to silver being too bright. When the cable arrived really surprised by just how thick the cables are compared to my previous Senheisser IE800’s which were tiny. Connected them to my IFI GO BAR and even on first impressions very impressed on how incredibly natural they sound. As someone who has invested serious money into their Gryphon Audio home system it’s great to know that IEM’s can offer truly great sound on the go. Worth every penny

I’ve ordered a few things from Hifonix in the past and also visited the store. This purchase experience was excellent as per all the previous ones. The website is kept up to date and the owner is always available to support on chat or phone and is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

Very helpful and a good price
I had ordered an item and paid for it, then changed my mind and wanted something better.
Now, okay, they were getting more money from me admittedly, but they could have just refunded, instead they went the other route and allowed me to pay the difference, with them doing the paperwork.
This meant that I didn't have to wait for the refund and still got my order two days later.
Considering that this was over the Easter weekend, I call that excellent customer service!
It was well packaged and works brilliantly, I am well pleased with the product and the service I received.

Asim is generous with his time and his expertise. He guided me through my purchase without pressure and with genuine pleasure. His enthusiasm is infectious. I will come back to him at Hifonix when it's time to configure my hifi set up later in the year. He's won my loyalty!

Had a pair of headphones bought from Hifonix that developed a fault after a few months, within the manufacturer's warranty. I contacted Hifonix support and they agreed to take the headphones back in line with the warranty for a repair, replacement or refund. I sent the headphones back, only to hear nothing back for months on end. The headphones were returned just after contacting support near the end of 2024, and no further contact was made by Hifonix and follow-up emails were ignored until March of 2025 when Hifonix finally issued a refund, only after threatening to take them to small claims court.

Excellent service and great products. Noble Audio Rex 5 is truly one of best In Ear Wireless monitors I have ever owned. Unbelievably good sound with resolution so refined it makes one questions how good some of the best wired headsets are. The hearing analysis is life changing if your hearing is not great any more.
