Excellent service and great products. Noble Audio Rex 5 is truly one of best In Ear Wireless monitors I have ever owned. Unbelievably good sound with resolution so refined it makes one questions how good some of the best wired headsets are. The hearing analysis is life changing if your hearing is not great any more.

Bought Cayin N3 Ultra DAP and it was great! Unfortunately screen started playing around just after couple uses.

Got in touch and they was quick to respond for new device. Sent it back and got a new one, what a relief.

Be careful buying Chinese devices as they might not be perfect, buy from trusted companies like Hifonix

This review is based purely on facts and I feel that my overall experience was disappointing, although I must stress that when I requested a refund, it was issued promptly. Some people may think I simply have nothing better to do. This is not the case, I firmly believe in credit where it is due and also making other potential buyers aware of unwanted inconvenience and having their time wasted.

- 27th January - I placed an order for newly released £180 item listed clearly as 'Delivery Late January'
- 30th January 10:17 - I sent an email query to Hifonix with my order number, to understand if I should expect my item by the 31st January (and also if I may change the delivery address due to a change of circumstance)
- 30th January 15:10 - impersonal email received from what I would describe Hifonix's 'standard' ordering system (not in response to my own email) stating that 'our distributor, Advanced MP3, is experiencing a delay due to the Chinese New Year holiday. As a result, the delivery will take longer than originally estimated. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide an updated delivery timeframe as soon as possible.
- 30th January 15:14 - I politely respond to this message requesting a full and immediate refund.
- 30th January 15:43 - I am informed of a refund being issued and confirm this through PayPal. There is no accompanying apology for the misleading delivery timescales against the item when I placed my order originally.

I feel my time was wasted from the outset and I could have avoided this with realistic delivery timescales being provided at point of sale, and also being kept updated throughout the order process. I could have been contacted sooner with an update, rather than having to ask for one, only to receive what appeared to be an automated response with disappointing news.

Hifonix operates within a select market that deals in expensive high end electronic equipment. My review is based on the Customer Service expectation from such a company, confirming that my own experience fell well short of the mark.

I bought Noble Stage 3 earphones from them from Ireland this month. Was not aware of an additional customs tax. Asked Hifonix for a return and a refund. They told me they would refund me upon receipt of the product back. Then, after a few days of silence, they just upped and changed their mind, refused to send out a request to DHL Ireland for the product to be shipped back. Today Aseem from Hifonix called to inform me they would not be taking the earphones back. On the phone he was very abrupt, was talking over me all the while. At the beginning of our conversation he asked me if i could speak English. I guess he couldn't help asking it. Now my option is to lose the 600 euros and the product or pay an additional 150 euros and still collect the earphones from our local DHL depot. It is very clear to me, Hifonix do not care for how i feel in this situation, for their reputation, or even that much for our enthusiast audio hobby. It is a cold by the numbers business who will leave you stranded if you happen to run into a difficulty with their merchandise. Noble Audio in the US personally recommended Hifonix to me when i initially made contact with Noble about options for IEMs with my sound specifications. I wrote to Noble Audio with all these details. Hope they and everyone else will take note.

There were some issues with stock, but Aseem worked hard to ensure these were resolved and I received the product as soon as possible. The product itself was really well priced.

Extremely good price on a Fiio Q7. Sent for next day delivery. Unfortunately the unit was faulty. Hifonix shipped a replacement at the time I requested and organised the courier to take away the faulty unit. Excellent service all-round.

Online ordering left a lot to be desired. No communication between placing order and dispatch a week later. Slow delivery from order. Refused to provide an invoice for the order. At least the product works but they need to up their game.
ADDENDUM: When the owner, Aseem, saw my 3 star review he rang me personally to apologise and provide an invoice. He said he had a new ordering software system and hadn't got it right yet. Because he was so polite I have upped to a 4 Star review.

I was looking for wireless headphones on the go and purchased the Noble audio Fokus wireless Apollo Headphones from Hifonix. I have managed symphony orchestras and ran a classical music record company and for me these headphones are superb both wireless and wired.. I have auditioned lots of brands and the Noble Fokus Apollo really stand out.Though I listen without EQ, there are lots of options for the listener as are the connections for different wired scenarios.
I explained my listening needs to Hifonix and they recommended theses headphones. After buying them, Hifonix let me to listen at home for 14days and return the Noble Audio Fokus Apollo if I was not satisfied. Well I'm definitely keeping them - Hifonix you've now got one very happy customer.

Fantastic service from Aseem at Hifonix when I had a warranty issue on an amplifier. Kept me posted all the way through. I will 100% be purchasing my hifi equipment from them in future.

Recently purchased a Ruark R810 from Hifonix. I was finding it very difficult to get a demo of the R810 that was until I went to hifonix.
Not only did they take the trouble to get the equipment in, they afforded my wife the opportunity to listen for a couple of hours providing coffee, quality soft drinks and biscuits. The product was out of stock and I was given a delivery date of 4 weeks. They kept us informed of the progress of the order.
They delivered the product on time and even carried it up two flights of stairs and the product is very heavy. In this day and age the service was amazing. I had purchased headphones from hifonix previously and the service was excllent on that occasion.
Going forward there is only one place I will be purchasing hifi from and that's Hifonix.

Excellent customer service performance. They are always ready to answer questions. The agent I talked to managed to find an adequate replacement for the out of stock item I ordered.

-1 star due to some listed stock on the website being unavailable at the time of purchasing a product/after purchasing a product. The product page should always accurately reflect the current stock of a specific item.

I will update this rating based on how well DPD does with the delivery.

Edit: DPD Local did the delivery and I received the item without issue.

Cayin N8ii High End Digital Audio Player DAP – Black REVIEW

A story of three DAP`s and headphone heaven. I listened to the three players on the ABYSS Diana headphones.

The other player I cant remember the name , but it was a pure analogue sound , but lacked the sound power I needed. I was faced with three difficult choices , any of my three choices would have been great .
However I picked the Cayin N8ii High End Digital Audio Player DAP - Black . A high quality made machine with tubes. The sound is very detailed and balanced ,but needs for example THE ABYSS Diana to get an excellent rich sound.
The best advice was given ,the owner really listens to the customers .The shop offers excellent service and is well worth a visit.

First of all the atmosphere of the showroom is exquisite, the collection the owner showcases is an experience unto it self. Secondly, the owner himself, he is well versed in his field and has a passion for his products which is simply contagious. I have found that some businesses would simply wish to sell you a product whereas Aseem (the owner) will make you want to keep coming back if only for the conversation. A great enviornment and even better company. Highly recommended!!

I spoke to Aseem regarding a special offer that I'd seen in relation to a set of Hifiman Headphones.
The special offer was honoured and the item was sent out with next day delivery and arrived brand new in it's factory sealed box as agreed.
