Don’t purchase!

My experience was the same as everyone elses' on this site. Never got the product, can't contact courier company, 'Highland Plushy' won't reply to any emails, can't phone them, and got double charged. Had to cancel my VISA debit card and order a new one. They have $120 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Next time I buy anything online I will consult Trust Pilot first.

Bought this for my daughter. She named it within 5 minutes of unboxing. Feels sturdy and super soft. Might need to order another because now I want one.

This is a scam. Paid on 14 August via shopify. On the 9th or 10th September I received a totally different, poor quality item. I emailed them and got no response. Today my credit card was charged again and I was sent a welcome to VIP email. I have contacted my bank to block the card and am disputing both transactions. Do not buy from highland plushy and don't trust shopify - they allow scam traders to use their platform.

Don’t do it! Horrible product … can get a better one at the dollar store. Then you get a subscription charge a month later that I never signed up for and they won’t refund.DONT GET CONNED INTO BUYING THIS

Scam! It didn’t say it was a subscription til the order processed. Never got the product, all of the contact emails are fake, and no way to cancel on website. Just got my second charge and will have to change my credit card. Lots of posts on IG of same experience as me

Even though the site says 5-10 days shipping. It has been one month and still have not received item. It takes over three days for a response to emails regarding missing item and then they only say item is still in transit.

SCAM.
Says delivered even though item never arrived. Couldnt track and no customer service response.

What I ordered was not what I received.

2 items came from china, but not what I ordered and value of max 3 dollars. 85 dollars gone.

SCAM, sending wong product and keep, don’t answer emails and keep trying to charge money from your account. Luckily my bank has denied the charge two times.

Absolute scam. The plush has no weight. And its not even similair to the picture om their webside. Looks like a trash plush you get as a consolation price in carnevals. I wish i could upload picture on how bad it actually is

Recieved an incorrect item and they have signed me upto a subscription where they take money off me monthly but at different prices??
I have involved my bank and will be utilising support from my fraud team and police input if required. Do not buy!

I paid an embarassing amount of money to this company and sadly took up the 'offer' to buy 3 of the Highland Cows. I wish I could show you a photo of the product I got that is NOTHING like what I ordered or paid for. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

waited weeks without any notifications, finally received the package, it's not what I ordered, the quality is horrible, and contacting them is complicated.

Complete scam. Item sent was nothing like advertised. Then charged 2 weeks later another amount, more than the original price. Total and utter scam. Factually fraudulent business.

Reported everything as fraudulent to as many places as possible, people need to know, this is theft of the highest degree.

Scam, ties you into subscription without knowledge. Not stated in any emails or on website as time of purchase of original plushie.

Then auto bills 30days after original purchase.

Absolute scam artists! Not what’s advertised and they sneak in a monthly subscription with no easy way to cancel! Disgusting behaviour - DO NOT fall for it.

Ordered the 24” weighted plushy for my wife. Finally received non weighted 12” generic piece of crap that doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Alternate name shopkairaco.com

Absolute scam, not at all what is advertised as mentioned in other reviews.

You cant cancel the orders, and of course you cant contact them.

Its not weighted, its not able to be used as a heating pad, its not at all pictured. Generic stuffed toy.

The positive reviews are definitely their attempts at trying to pull people in by lying.
