Product is less than impressive, but mostly colors are really weird formulation. I ordered the sampler and 4 full size, spending $95.00. Decided the colors were not for me, no issue w/keeping the sampler as I used it and one of the shades. As other buyers noted, website is horrible, sent 2 emails, no acknowledgement. No customer service, seems a bit fraudulent to be dumping product with no recourse for the customer and zero communication options with the vendor. WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Beware. Nice product if received. But, if there are any issues at all customer service is non existent. Would give 0 stars if available. No response at all after emailing for days when product not delivered. HIGHR simply refuse to engage at all, not even an automated receipt. Have also tried to contact them via their website & they do not respond. Forced to claim refund via credit card company, wish I had read reviews before using.

The colors they show on their website are completely different from the lipstick color they sent and when I reached out multiple times for a refund, they would not respond.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Ordered three lipsticks for $69. Never received them. Emailed the company and never heard a thing back. now I'm trying to recoup my money through my credit card company.

Very disappointed!! DO NOT order!!! I ordered their “sampler”, ad showed 5 pots of lipstick to sample. Packaging is flimsy , each pot contains a “dot” of product. Tastes terrible, very little pigmentation, does not apply smoothly. Do not waste your money.

Don't buy from this company if you want good customer service. Their customer service doesn’t exist.

My boyfriend got me these lipsticks and I love them! They smell great and apply great. The packaging is amazing, including the mirror on the case is just 10/10. I wasn’t a big lipstick person before at all but I’m really safisfied using these.
