Just wanted to leave a second review regarding the service we have received from sales through to install to support thereafter. Our account manager Jonathan C has been great. Informative, always happy to help and it's nice to finally have a provider who is making us feel valued as customer.

New phone delivered promptly and talk through with Ethan, very helpful and polite, sorted within 30 mins.
Great service all round and would recommend. Thank you 🤝😊

Our company has been with Hii Communications for a few months and it's been very easy. Jonathan has answered any questions I've had and Montell and Ethan have been on hand with any tech support I have needed. Would recommend HiiCom to everyone

I had an excellent experience working with Montell. He was incredibly accurate in diagnosing and resolving my issue, staying on the phone with me until everything was fully resolved. He explained everything clearly, was patient, and very friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Hi I would just like to warn people about this company. They tell you that they can beat all the other companies and then hit you with over £1200 bill for maintenance per year and then to add broadband on top. When trying to contact the sales rep got no answer and won’t even answer emails. Avoid at all costs

Our accounts person left the business due ill health reasons, myself needed to follow up our outstanding BT switch over bill through HiiCom. Michael Shoesmith (HiiCom) advised what was required our end.
This helped the case to be resolved.
Michael was very helpful and committed his time to helping resolve our issue.
Michael has also followed up with courtesy calls to see how our experience and service is being provided with HiiCom.

We have just moved our broadband and phones from BT to Hisense. In 7 years with BT they have been unable to give us a constant broadband signal. Hisense gave us a mast and it is so far, one month in, problem free. Our phones were a bit of a techie issue and it took BT a good while to port the number but we are there now. We have desk phones, cordless and an app on our mobiles for out of hours. So all good. The initial contact with sales was good, and office admin with Jonathan very efficient. Ethan has been a star, and very patient, with all things technical. Thank you.

Just had Phones Installed from Hi Com. Very Knowledgeable staff. Kev Fitted phones explained everything and the transfer was smooth. Jonathan in sales was very helpful keeping me well informed along the way. Broadband being fitted in 2 days time hopefully will be as smooth as the phone installation

We have just Ported over from BT to HiiCom. I have to say the service has been great, From the account manager Michael to the Kev who was here for the install, it is early days but its all looking good

We are just in the process of changing from BT to Hiicom and so far the attention and service has been faultless.
It is very early days and our telephones have not gone over yet, but if that also goes as smoothly we shall be exceedingly happy. It is good to be able to contact helpful people with just one phone call or email.

Montell arrived and explained everything that he would be doing during his visit, the training was very informative on the phone system and was extremely useful - would highly recommend Hiicom, their service has been absolutely brilliant to get us up and running with our broadband and phone system.
