Everything with Hillary's from start to finish was 5 star. Initial quite consultation, measurements, installation all on schedule, price was good and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!!

Customer Care lacking
The level of customer service is disgraceful. Very rude and unprofessional emails. Having waited 8 weeks for a blind to be delivered I found out the original blind had been lost and now the material was out of stock and I would have to wait until October. I requested a refund. This process has been slow. When I emailed to say I expected a swift process they emailed back to say “that’s not how it works.”. They then explained that money doesn’t appear back in accounts for 7-10 days, this I know! I was requesting that the process be started and that I as the customer am kept in the loop about where my €825 is.
There has never been an apology or any action of good will. Only curt, badly written emails. These emails were also littered with grammatical and spelling errors. The emails were sent by Jennifer and Niamh.

Just had my Roman blinds installed & the whole process was seamless . Grzegorz came with Samples a few weeks ago & I picked my colour & fabric. And now all installed & very pleased . Very profession service - would recommend.Thanks Gillian

Great fitting service
Finally had my voiles and curtains fitted yesterday after the delays mentioned in my previous review. Costel did an excellent job, the man is a perfectionist and the results are beautiful! Hillary's also adjusted my final bill which was a good compensation for my previous frustrations.

I had a very positive experience from…
I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Although the initial estimated lead time was a bit long, the team actually completed the installation well ahead of schedule! Both the customer service and the blinds themselves were exactly as described. While they aren't the cheapest option on the market, the very good build quality and professional installation make them well worth the investment. Highly recommended!
