3rd time using Hilary Blinds. Great service fast and efficient. Love that samples can be shown in your own home so you can get idea of what suits your home. Ger Breen sales representative for Hillary Blinds gave great ideas and his attention to detail was spectacular. Would definetly highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hillarys. We dealt with Alan during the entire process and he was absolutely excellent at every point. To ensuring everything was measured perfectly, to giving us guidance and help with what we were thinking in terms of design and fit. Alan was tasked with fitting blinds for our entire house so from the first consultation up to the fitting, Alan was with us every step of the way. He was available if we had any question and did everything in such a timely and efficient manner and to top it off, he fitted our blinds seamlessly and they are look just amazing. We couldnt recommend Hillarys & specifically Alan, enough!!

We chose Hillary’s for our blind as we had done other blinds with them previously. The quality of the product is still good, but the service degraded considerably. So I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. They missed both the advisor appointment and the installation appointment, with no notice, so we’re waiting for them. When we called, they scheduled another time and didn’t make it again. The measurement was not very good this time also, as on the chain side there is a bigger gap to the wall. Don’t recommend, you can find better options for the price.

I recently purchased roof lantern blinds from Hillary’s. The initial surveyor sent a picture of fitted product. The battery and charging cable was not visible in this photo. I also can’t see the battery in any of the online pictures. I think the exposed battery and charging cable is unsightly. I paid a deposit at the time of the survey. I was told the remainder could be paid after fitting but the balance was taken from my account two weeks later. On the day of fitting the wiring into the battery was not to the standard we would expect from a professional fitter. We pointed it out and the fitter said there was nothing he could do. I rang Hillary’s customer care who to be fair were very helpful. They arranged for a video call with an advisor in the UK two days later. The advisor agreed to get the fitter to return to tidy the wiring. A date 9 days later was agreed to allow the fitter time to get parts. On the day I was given a three hour window. The fitter didn’t arrive. I tried to call and message him but got no reply. I rang customer care and they got an answer from him within 5 minutes. He said the parts hadn’t come in. He said he would call me that day to arrange a new date. I found it disrespectful that he was aware first thing that morning that he wasn’t in a position to call to us but left us waiting. He failed to call that day. I rang customer care the next day and they agreed to send a different fitter out. Soni came yesterday and tidied the wiring. We appreciate him coming. I noticed today that of the blinds does not close flush and I have now contacted customer care to discuss this. I haven’t named the initial fitter or advisor but I was disappointed with them. Soni deserves a mention for his helpfulness.

From the moment I called Hillarys to seeing the end product,I experienced only 5 star treatment.Ger Breen,Carrick,has earned our highest praise.His knowledge of Hillarys products is unreal ,and he is just a lovely person.There are no words to describe how happy we are!!

You don't have to leave home everything is brought to you , great follow up if you need them, the service is second to none,excellent, would highly recommend to anyone

Mark went out of his way to fit the blinds himself promptly. The blinds look great. The only negative is that the pulley for the blind at our door is on the wrong end, which isn't ideal, but we can put up with that.

I bought my blinds from Hilarys a few years ago and had an excellent experience with them at that time. Recently I had to contact them for some aftercare support due to me having moved a blind. The customer service was genuinely fantastic. Jennifer and the team responded so quickly and sorted out my issue with no difficulty whatsoever. I was so impressed with the efficiency and customer care, particularly as my blinds were a few years old and it wasn't a new sale or anything. Thanks Jennifer, you're a star!

Really great experience having half shutters installed on our period home. PERKINSHDI Staff no 315374 was so lovely, polite and tidied up after himself!

Everything with Hillary's from start to finish was 5 star. Initial quite consultation, measurements, installation all on schedule, price was good and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!!

The level of customer service is disgraceful. Very rude and unprofessional emails. Having waited 8 weeks for a blind to be delivered I found out the original blind had been lost and now the material was out of stock and I would have to wait until October. I requested a refund. This process has been slow. When I emailed to say I expected a swift process they emailed back to say “that’s not how it works.”. They then explained that money doesn’t appear back in accounts for 7-10 days, this I know! I was requesting that the process be started and that I as the customer am kept in the loop about where my €825 is.
There has never been an apology or any action of good will. Only curt, badly written emails. These emails were also littered with grammatical and spelling errors. The emails were sent by Jennifer and Niamh.
