We also want to apologize if you’ve had difficulty reaching us over the past several days. Our local area was recently devastated by tornadoes, and we have been without power for four days. Our team is working through these circumstances and responding to customers as quickly as we can.

We truly apologize for that today. Due to Tornado damage and power outages in our area, we had to turn on our AI Agent to take all phone calls today. Our area in Northwest Indiana was hit very hard. We are hoping to get power back up and running by tomorrow and will get back to you. Thanks and we truly appreciate your business.

We’re glad you were able to find what you needed, but we sincerely apologize that some of the information provided by our AI assistant was inaccurate. We take product accuracy seriously, particularly with details such as finishes, colors, and specific SKUs, and we appreciate you bringing the issue with reviews appearing across different SKUs to our attention as well.

We also completely understand your preference for speaking with a real person. Under normal circumstances, our team is available to personally assist customers with product questions. Unfortunately, our area was devastated by tornadoes this week, and we have been without power for the past several days. This severely limited our ability to answer calls and assist customers as we normally would, and as a result, we had to rely more heavily on our AI assistant to help customers during the outage.

While those circumstances explain why you encountered the AI assistant instead of one of our team members, they don't excuse inaccurate product information. We will be reviewing the issues you identified so we can improve both the information our AI provides and the way customer reviews are associated with individual products.

We are a family-owned business that has been serving customers for more than 20 years, and having knowledgeable, real people available to help our customers has always been important to us. We look forward to getting our team fully back online as our community recovers and power is restored.
