I ordered a skull hoodie in size 4x( I usually wear xlarge) and the cost was $49.99 plus. I finally receive hoodie 3 or so weeks later and it is horrible. The material is thin and feels, smells gross. I emailed the hiphopee customer service and they ask me why I want to return, asked me to send pictures. So I told them ; this “4x is more like a medium, the material smells and is gross. They offer me 20% refund. If I want to ship it back ( to China) I pay shipping and also a fee for them to re- advertise it so ….. Total garbage ; the product, customer service, prices. Don’t waste your money. Buy made in the USA or atleast from a company that has a good reputation. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Now I'm out over $50.

I absolutely loved the hoodie, pretty good quality and they got the size right. I did notice it took longer than expected to arrive but not a big problem. I found that other people had problems but not me, overall positive purchase.

I bought two chains from them over $100 first of all they take over a month to come *they were not custom pieces at all* and then they are the worst plated chains ive ever see.

I can’t rate below a 1 star or I would. I ordered 2 hoodies from this company. After it taking weeks for them to even show they’d been shipped (even though it showed ‘fast shipping’ when ordered), they finally arrived 2 days before Christmas with one being significantly smaller than the other (even though both were size large). Of course they were supposed to be Christmas gifts (and ordered in plenty of time to return and/or exchange if there was an issue, or so I thought). I emailed them right away and they, in turn, asked for my measurements to make sure I ordered the right size. Seriously??? That was a red flag. But, I did as they asked and took it a step further - I sent measurements of both hoodies they sent along with photos of both, showing the significant size difference, as well as a photo of my son wearing the hoodie that actually fit (since they were purchased for him). Additionally, the smaller hoodie had a grammatical error (my fault that I didn’t notice this when I originally ordered, and I pointed this out when I sent in measurements). Today, they finally responded to my photo evidence and measurements and offered for me to just keep the hoodie and give a 10% refund. For a hoodie that doesn’t fit (at no fault of my own) AND has a grammatical error in the wording?? No thank you. This has been going on for almost 2 months. I’ve filed a dispute with PayPal and am praying I can get it resolved through them. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t order from this company. HUGE scam.

I ordered a necklace they sent me shipping info, but when I tried to track it, it said no shipping require I tried to email them, the email came back as not deliverable. I called my bank to get my money back. I never received the necklace

I order a watch from this company and it came broken in pieces i contacted them 6 times and no response wasted my effin money they scammers and B I t c h e s don’t order from dis wack ass shiii

If you order from this company, contact your bank immediately! Report them let’s get them shut down because they are frauds! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

FRAUD BEEN A MONTH AND RECEIVED NO TRACKING ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND TWICE AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO OFFER 10% REFUND COMPENSATION FOR ME TO NOT CANCEL MY ORDER EVEN AFTER IVE SAID IM NO LONGER INTERESTED MULTIPLE TIMES AND WANT A FULL REFUND.

I ordered jewelry from this I took the money out of my account then gave me record ok f this I contacted them they to bad no record of course I was on there Helmet after about a week of this they jewelry shipped after I received this garbage the watch to this day I never wore because it came to with no band pin so I order a watch from some in els so getting back to there garbage the rest of the jewelry I wore for a week or so I noticed lost all of its plating strait copper showing now mind you the other jewelry I order from a different place still has its plating on it bottom line this is a strait joke. A strait scam there garbage you can get out of gumball machines like in the old days and that jewelry cost over $100 do not buy from them

THIS COMPANY SELLS INFERIOR PRODUCT AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THE GOODS IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED. SO THE CONSUMER ENDS UP HAVING TO KEEP CRAP PRODUCTS. Do not purchase from this company they take forever to respond with false shipping info and they didn’t send the item I purchased bought a watch from a jewelry company they sent a comb!!!!! SCAM
