Naively I didn't realise this "company" where in China. They were listed as an alternative seller when I was looking for this item. I received the wrong item. I contacted Hisdeanalle and they asked for proof. So I copied my order and added photos of the wrong item. Then they said they required the number on the wrapper the wrong item came in. So I sent a photo of that. Then I didn't hear anything for several days so I got back onto them. They said return it ( at my expense ) the they would refund me for my original order. So I pointed out that the mistake was theirs and therefore they should cover the cost of the return. I also pointed out to them they hadn't forfilled my original order, which I had paid for. Again they went quite. So obviously I sent another message, "send me my original order and a return label and I could return the wrong item." I never heard from them. I sent three more, slightly more strongly worded ( no aggression or threats ) emails stated if you sell to the UK you have to abide by UK standard which guarantees the goods must be as described, fit for purpose or the buyer then has the right to reject and be refunded in full by 30 days. Tumbleweed moment turn into days. I sent more emails but no reply ever came. In summery don't touch this cheap, incompetent and absolutely disgraceful ( so called ) company EVER. If you want anything at all DON'T LOOK AT THEIR SITE.

One star is too generous but no option to leave no stars. Ordered seeds, seeds did arrive but not for the plants l ordered. Sent photographic evidence of what grew (looks like grass not the hostas l ordered) They just keep saying correct item sent and they will take it up with supplier. Total scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was very careful to make sure the seeds were given every opportunity to grow and not one shoot on multiple occasions not one seed has grown very very disappointed

Ordered wash bags from this company on 31st October .
Received a tracking notice saying they were in the country on 17th November . They have still not arrived, I’ve emailed several times demanding a refund but get the same reply saying wait until delivery as they are on their way .

Only received part of my order and offered 2.00 refund

Ordered 2 Jesus figures costing £25 waited nearly 4 weeks. They came they are tiny writing on them can just about see their worth 10p each absolutel crap

Chased and chased. Order finally arrived 6 weeks later and very poor quality. I was refused a return/refund and refused in a dispute with PayPal. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Made a purchase and received an empty package offered £2 compensation for a £12.99 purchase.
Do not trust this company as certain they scam people

I also purchased a nice ass picture, the frame was cracked and the picture rolled up in the packaging and was creased badly. I will be cautious now when ordering from companies advertised on Facebook. They offered a £4 refund of which still waiting to receive, they have a website online aswell, they shouldn't be trading.

One star is too much. Disgusting company took over £25 off me last October for a bag and it never arrived excuse after excuse I told them I wanted a refund their excuses were they tried but it wouldn’t let them I told them to try harder again excuses then I told them I was contacting trading standards now then won’t reply to my emails. This will not go away I will keep trying until they either give me my refund. Scammers avoid at all costs. They will not get away with this!

I purchased a Nice Ass framed poster from hisdeanslle.

Package took over 4 weeks to arrive, customer support emails were sporadic, and not helpful tracking the item.

It arrived today - absolute rubbish!
Cheap frame and the poster was rolled up and full of creases (couldnt even be bothered to frame before sending)

Total waste of money!
Will be going into the bin.
Does not represent anything that is advertised!

I bought goods from this company and they are electrical and soaking wet on arrival. The items were for Christmas presents for grandchildren and because they were wet it would be dangerous to give them to the kids. I have tried to get this matter resolved but the company are no longer replying to my emails I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SCAMMERS. OMG sucked in again from Facebook ADS. I have started reading proper reviews on Trustpilot usually first. But why I didn't this time I do not know. May be it is because it was a Religious figure I was buying. What a disgrace this company is. If I hadn't got a screenshot I wouldn't have any proof of the order. I didn't get an email confirming my two orders. Nothing. It went off my credit card and I have emailed them from there Facebook page and it came straight back to me MASSIVE RED FLAG. Not heard a thing from them. AVOID COMPLETELY.

These are scammers. 1 star is too much. Same as many others, I was conned by buying the make-up bag via Instagram. Purchased end of October, and now 16th Jan. Tracking stopped on 26th Nov. No communication whatsoever from their support email address. Have emailed numerous times, but no response.

I ordered a travel make up bag on the 31/10/2025. It is now 14/01/2026 and nothing has arrived. I have contacted them on numerous times and they just keep fobbing me off saying it is in its way. The replies are clearly computer generated. Avoid this company at all costs. You have been warned.

Would give zero if I could! Ordered in early November, still nothing. After contacting them I suddenly had a few fake ‘in transit’ emails, but they also stopped again weeks ago. Now if I try to click the tracking link in any of the emails, my gmail won’t let the link through and flags it as ‘HARMFUL! POTENTIALLY TRYING TO STEAL INFORMATION’?!! 😭 So now I’m panicking about that aswell!! Just avoid at all cost. And yes, I clicked the link from IG for the open out makeup bag 😭

Terrible company. Constant emails and patently false tracing info. Won't accept cancellations. Luckily my bank has agreed to chargeback.AVOID!

Hi I ordered a makeup bag from Hisdeanalle on 30.10.25 and still not received. They also took more money than they should from me and refunded the difference when I flagged it up.
They continued to stall, blaming carriers, tracking numbers don’t exist and emails don’t make sense. Never received the goods.
Clearly a scam company. Wish I could warn everyone not to use them but if they fold, they’ll only start up a company in a different name.
I broke my own rule here, should not order from china. Only Chinese site I’ve found which seems legit is Shein.

Scam, items never received (make up bags) and ignores requests for refund in emails. Keep getting emails saying items dispatched but items not delivered and it's now over 6 wks. Now contacted bank for assistance. I use I had looked on here before ordering as so many with the issue.
