So, I can have a refund minus the cost of the item plus shipping? Zero them, yes?

Wish I’d googled this site before I made my purchase! Just found out it’s a SCAM! After I contacted them, they sent me false tracking information from 3 weeks previous! Oooh well, live and learn.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a scam do not buy. They overcharge at purchase, can then not get a refund and the goods never arrive - it’s basically theft!

Only giving 1 star because I have to.
Bought a music game from an insta advert (I’ve learned not to do that!) and it arrived with loads of mistakes - clearly created by someone who doesn’t speak English, or badly used AI.
Asked to return for refund and they refused. Then discovered they’d charged me £5 more than the total. When I accused them of theft and threatened the police they refunded £5, but are refusing to refund for the faulty product.

Ordered 2 women’s sweatshirts with kangaroo pocket. Over charged and managed to get a small refund off PayPal. Goods arrived surprise surprise. Took ages, and was not worth waiting for very poor quality, material so poor isn’t worth cutting for rags. Totally rubbish nylon or polyester, no labels.
Company showed up as Chsdjd co. Ltd on PayPal. And OADFVA.tech.co.ltd. Emails from Hisdeanalle.
Avoid, and be very wary of Facebook adverts. If you don’t want to waste your money….

Ordered gifts at the end of September and received regular tracking updates which all stopped once my parcel allegedly reached London. Had I realised I was ordering from a different country I wouldn't have gone ahead with the order. I emailed the customer support who responded stating that the order must have gone missing and they would send another which I should receive in a few days. Given I'd already waited a month I queried this and didn't get a very satisfactory response. I then heard nothing again to update on my order so emailed again and also requested a refund instead. I was told I couldn't get a refund as the order was on it's way. I have now asked for proof of this. In the meantime I realised (thankfully) that I had paid by Paypal so have requested a refund through their process. Obviously they will investigate my issue but hopefully uphold it. I wished I'd researched this company more thoroughly, I usually do! It seems they only set up in 2025 and I can't find a single positive review so assume the company is a scam.

As previous reviews have mentioned the same has applied to me. Order confirmation states free delivery but the PayPal transaction shows an additional £5. Further checking on eBay shows a phone number for China which is not working. Website looks very professional and convincing and email back from their customer support, which frankly I do not believe. This is unfortunately a very convincing scam! Do not fall for it as I and others have done. I also doubt if the order will ever arrive.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS-
I purchased a hoodie, absolute rubbish quality, requested to return, they said I would have to pay to return and they have moved their location to China, so would cost me a lot. They weren't interested at all. Absolute rubbish

Over £5 added on top when I pressed go- and I’d already paid £4.99 postage!

Do not buy from this company. I have just purchased something and they completely overcharged me when I pressed pay on the transaction. Something is very wrong here!
