Got way over-charged

The day-to-day support is ok. The "We will build your funnels for you" for $$$$ is BAD. None of it worked. Same experience with two other colleagues (which is why I feel obligated to leave a review for consumer protection).

They can handle the support for $100/month, but don't let them build out anything for you. The fact that they haven't replied to any negative reviews says everything. I doubt they will see this and or care.

I appreciate you sharing this, and I want to respond directly. I apologize for your experience and the experience of others. I mostly apologize that you think I don't care. I can assure you, we're in it for the long term, building something remarkable and constantly learning. In six years of business, our offers have evolved because we live in the tension to serve our community to the highest of our abilities. In that time, we've hired over 600 team members and continued to learn and grow. We haven't offered fixed-price done-for-you work since March of 2025. With thousands of 5 star reivews online, it was consistently the source of the relatively few 1 star experiences. Currently, we offer a shared VA hours solution, which feels much more aligned to what people actually want. We do take responsibility for the work we deliver, and when something misses the mark, we review it and fix it rather than ignore it. The idea that we don’t read or care about negative feedback isn’t accurate, even if we haven’t replied publicly to every review. If you or your colleagues had builds that didn’t function as promised, I’d want that reviewed by leadership with specifics so we can look at what actually happened and whether expectations, scope, or execution broke down. We care a lot about getting this right, especially when trust is on the line.

Would give 100 stars if possible

I've been using HL Pro Tools since 2022 and continue to rely on them in 2025. They’ve completely taken the stress of client support off my plate, which has helped me retain clients for years. Their team is reliable, responsive, and truly understands the CRM. The snapshots they provided made it easy to get launched quickly, and the extra resources they offer have been incredibly valuable for scaling my business. Highly recommend.

Hlpt is the best support you could ask for

Hlpt is the best support you could ask for if you’re using ghl for your business or agency. I love how they have so many coaching calls and assets for people to succeed. If you actually use the resources they provide you’ll have no excuse to not succeed.

HL Pro Tools review

HL Pro Tools review , tjis was the worst expeerience ive ever had with a company that seems so reputable, no accountibilty, no leadership , no one taking initiative to make it rihgt , not at all . ive been in many businesses , and dealt with many vendors this was by far the worst experience ever , stay away , far away no matter what your tols the 6 month guarantee , fake, all of it is fake . there not a cusotm developer among them , to offer custom development . they do have some well respected ppl in the community on theroi payroll and in their pockets thats for sure, try to make an honest review abouyt them thats not positive and see how long it stay up for

Useless Company

It is very difficult to work with HL Pro Tools. They wasted a lot of my time and I got nothing in return.

Just finished my call with Stacia and it was great!

I started with the lowest tier and still got a fantastic onboard which was unexpected but super helpful.

I was shown tools that I had missed during my own DIY methods and I'm super excited to launch my custom platform

Great experience and value on all fronts

The tools, guidance, and value are incredible for the price. Their support team has been super helpful with our customers from day one!

I was really impressed with how easy it was to integrate their white-label support into our business—it took less than an hour. Plus, they provide plenty of tutorials to help you customize and maximize their services.

I’ve already joined two of their live training sessions, which were top-notch. Overall, it’s been a fantastic, well-rounded experience!
