We had a fantastic time at South Bay in caravan G41 which we booked through hokidayhomes4rent. Allan was really helpful, providing all the required info in advance of our stay.
The caravan was lovely, clean and comfortable. There was loads of storage space, particularly in the bedrooms where caravans sometimes have very limited space for clothing etc.
There was a box left for our arrival with some supplies which was a nice touch.
We definitely hope to return soon.

We have stayed in the same caravan 3 or 4 times. It is immaculate & like a 2nd home. If you have any questions etc you can contact Allan directly. There is even a welcome hamper when you arrive. The site is lovely & all the staff are friendly.

Nice caravan, site was nice and quiet and in a great location only a 20min walk into Brixham.

Allen deserves a customer service award .Nothing is too much trouble .He is super efficient , it was very nice to meet him .He sorts out holiday bookings no problem, and is always at the end of a phone. we had a great holiday at south bay, and can recommend caravan 41 Glenmoor. We would both like to thank Alan and his amazing team for ensuring our time was pleasant and enjoyable. The attention to the preparation of the caravan was excellent ensuring a very comfortable stay including a delightfully thoughtful Hamper of goods to help us start our holiday. Most unexpected. The site has some good nearby walks with beautiful views and the local harbour has a good fish and chip shop at the end of the pier, onsite facilities covered some of our needs including a regular bus service for those without a car.Looking forward to our next stay .Thanks again.

The caravan was absolutely spotlessly clean. So many extra touches like coffee maker, videos, books, etc. Very spacious and comfortable. Slept soundly on the wonderful comfy bed and pillows. The outside space with additional table chairs and sunshade was very useful. I would recommend to family and friends. Such a quiet, relaxing, holiday. Just what we needed to unwind. Thank you Alan. Also very easy to contact the owner Alan who went above and beyond to be the perfect host.

We stayed at South bay park for seven nights and found the holiday home clean and excellent value for money.

Everything from start to finish was great. Excellent communication from Allan before, during and post, he was extremely helpful.
Our caravans were well equipment and very clean. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Just back from a week in Brixham, caravan excellent and quiet location but not to far from site facilities.
Arrived with grandchildren who just wanted to explore, to find a well stocked welcome pack with all the essentials to get you through your first cuppa and breakfast. Thank you Allan & Paul for being part of making memories for us we will return.

HAS to be the best caravan we've ever spent our holiday in . gutted we only had a week . its a caravan you could live in . clean & tidy , made to feel very welcome by owner . great value for money, were so glad we come across this family run buisness. its shown us how ripped off we have been in the past. asap i will be booking another weeks holidays , thank you alan and his team for a great holiday

Great location, Lovely modern caravan, very clean and homely. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely, clean and spacious caravan in a good location, everything you could need and a nice welcome hamper on arrival. Booking was made simple and communication was good. The caravan itself was in an ideal position between the facilities and St Mary's Bay beach. The site had everything you could need, Brixham is nice and was in a good position to explore Devon. I would have no hesitation in booking again.

A nice quiet side of the site, the caravan was very clean and had everything we needed.
The site has a shop, club house, swimming pool, crazy golf and a couple of play parks to keep the kids occupied.
The area itself is nice with plenty of walks, beaches though shingle were nice and there are plenty attractions around the area for all range ages.
