Caravan was very nice wife loved TV in bedroom,welcome pack was nice touch. very reasonably priced out of main season compared to others.

The caravan we staying was absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The bed was so comfortable and it was spotless. The views of the sea is gorgeous. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful holiday home everything seemed new & exceptionally clean. Seaview is amazing, you can sit on the sofa & look out to sea. Waterside has improved greatly since we visited there last year... Voir plus

Fantastic location
We have just returned from a week in South Bay Brixham. I am so glad that we booked a caravan with Allan. Allan was incredibly helpful throughout the booking answering all the questions we had. The caravan is in a great location and on a great site. Lots to do on site such as swimming, play area and crazy golf and lots to do nearby. Our favourite was walking to the local beach, St Mary's. I would recommend booking a caravan with Allan. We will definitely be going back soon.

A fantastic family holiday
We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday with our two young children in the clean and welcoming caravan, in August. It had a sea view with all the amenities required for our stay. The addition of tvs in bedrooms were a bonus and a hamper with essentials for a cuppa and extras were a lovely thoughtful touch when we arrived.
Communication from booking to departure was great. An enjoyable family stay with no hestiations to return in the future.

I have to admit, that I was a bit worried that you would not enjoy your stay with us, as you had been renting through another owner for the past few years!
I’m so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you got to enjoy the facilities that Waterside 105 has to offer. I try to envisage what I would expect when renting a caravan and try to provide this service to our guests.

We stayed in g41 on southbay and was not disappointed! Absolutely beautiful caravan which was so clean when we arrived.
Facilities were great and site staff amazing.
Communication with the owner was fab.
Will 100% be booking again.

Great time in English Riviera
Lovely caravan and place to enjoy for familys. Near to all the lovely beaches/attractions. Will defo be booking for next summer. Owner very helpful and leaves you a lovely welcome pack.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Excellent Stay

Lovely, clean, quiet, spacious caravan. Great site and local to lots of attractions. Bus stop right outside the club house. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to emails. Highly recommend holidayhomes4rent.

Great brixham holiday
Lovely clean caravan that was spacious and all the amenities you needed for a great stay. Good quiet position on the site, and plenty of parking for 3 cars with a spacious veranda for rhe family to relax on.

Would definitely use again! The caravan was spotlessly clean, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The site had a good local bus that takes you into brixham.

Very pleased with almost everything…
Very pleased with almost everything about the caravan,the facilities,location and overall standard and comfort.
I have only one small gripe, access around the double bed is challenging, but a small price to pay.
A nice touch is the complimentary hamper.
Would highly recommend Bearsdown 10 as a holiday caravan and will not hesitate in considering a second stay.

Unfortunately, when you book a 3 bedroom property, the size of the bedrooms are a lot smaller, due to having to put in another bedroom that is 8-9ft wide.
I would suggest on your next visit to try one of our two bedroom properties, as they have much larger bedrooms, with ample space around the bed.
