Had a fantastic 7 day stay , just a few things that could be improved...The beds could do with new mattris or a mattris topper, a shelf in the bathroom and a big broom to sweep the carpets and floors to keep it clean....would deffinatley stay there again

Holidayhomes4rent have been excellent throughout our holiday booking, and whilst we were away. Before we went on holiday, Allan was only too happy to respond to any questions we had, and communication was excellent. When we booked the process was simple and the subsequent emails and information provided was really detailed and clear, despite the uncertainty of things with Covid, etc. Upon arrival the keys were accessible from the keysafe as instructed and the caravan was clean, tidy and well provisioned. There was even a welcome basket of handy supplies such as cereal and biscuits to greet us, which was a nice touch. Whilst away I had a slight mishap with the safe whereby I locked it accidentally without having set a code first - completely my fault - but Allan was available by phone and email to assist and the issue was swiftly resolved. Overall, whilst the site itself (South Bay) was a little dated and the facilities could use a facelift, we cannot fault the service or professionalism of Allan and Holidayhomes4rent. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic stay caravan was very lovely . Kids loved the pool on site. We also took your recommendation of the woodlands adventure park it was amazing. Little things like the welcome hamper and cleaning products was a lovely extra. Also purchased the internet package which was great for watching Netflix would definitely stay again thank you

Excellent stay! Caravan had a fabulous view and was lovely inside and very clean. We had access to internet and Netflix etc. There was a lovely decking area with excellent outside seating. The site is situated perfectly to visit the surrounding areas and bus service is excellent. We had a super stay, Allan was fantastic with information prior to and during our visit. The only thing was the check out time of 9 am it was a bit rushed to get caravan cleaned and car packed before our departure, that being said we had an excellent holiday.

I have used Holidayshomes4rent to book a caravan n Devon, Allan's caravans are beautifully kept. and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.

The communication with Allan was really good. and our deposit was refunded really quickly.
I would not hesitate to book with Holidayhomes4rent again

Booked with this company for the first time this year, but it won't be the last.

Everything was so straight forward when booking, and we got all the information we needed before our stay. The information book in the caravan also had a mobile number to contact if we had any problems or queries.

The caravan was spotlessly clean, really well equipped, and the beds were even set up in a configuration to best suit our group. Cleaning materials were left for us to use as required during our stay, and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise.

Will definitely book again and recommend to friends.

We had a lovely holiday at South Bay holiday park at Brixham. Our caravan was spotless and very comfortable. There was even a very generous welcome hamper which was such a lovely gesture and we really appreciated it. I couldn’t recommend holidayhomes4rent highly enough. The service was excellent and very friendly so thank you very much.

Wonderful relaxing experience from start to finish. Fabulous hamper on arrival with everything you could need. Exceptionally Clean. Accommodation was very comfortable. Brilliant communication.
There area is full of nature walks, exactly what we needed to de stress.

When we arrived at the caravan in Brixham, Devon, we didn't have very high expectations as we paid a modest amount to rent the place for the week but we were absolutely delighted, the owner had thought of everything from a welcoming hamper through to sterile remote control coverings.
Everything worked ( apart from a broken boiler knob which didn't stop the thing from working properly ) and everything was completely spotless.
The caravan decor was a bit dated but well maintained and very comfortable.
We had a smashing 7 days there and would recommend it to anybody.
Location very central by car to other attractions and beauty spots.

Stayed for a week in this spotless caravan. Great location on the holiday park, seemed quieter than the main area. Had everything we needed in it and we also had fantastic weather luckily! Very minor gripe would be an outdoor light would be good for sitting outside in the evenings.x

The best staycation we have ever had! The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. Alan was great, made the booking process so easy. The area of Brixham is amazing, so much to do! Already saving to come back.
