Our team of highly trained Lapidaries are happy to fashion your gemstone into any shape according to your requirement as well as repairing or re-polishing a gemstone to its original condition. We also offer pearl and bead re-stringing, gemstone testing and jewellery valuation services. Great experience with Alicja at Holts Gems
I had a great experience with Alicja and the team at Holts. I had purchased my own centre stone elsewhere as I was very particular about the stone and I found that a majority of the “bespoke” jewellers would refuse to work on a diamond obtained elsewhere and would recommend their own after adding a markup. The team at Holts offered this service without extra charge providing a true bespoke experience. The overall process was very easy and took about 8 weeks from an initial video call to the delivery of the final ring (this included time needed for me to source the ring). I had also asked for the side stones of my trilogy to be replaced which Holts did without question adding to the bespoke feel. Overall, the outcome was amazing and my fiancée loves the look of the ring and the story of the work that went behind it. I would recommend the team at Holts to anyone!

A really excellent experience at Holt Gems
I recently purchased an engagement ring from Holt Gems and I could not speak highly enough of the customer service we received. Both Amy and Alicja were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful during our visits.
The ring itself was beautiful, especially because my girlfriend (now fiance) didn't know what ring she wanted initially but as soon as Amy showed her the ring we ended up with, she was delighted. My girlfriend was able to tinker with the ring design and it came out far better than we could ever have hoped for.
Throughout the process, both Amy and Alicja were always on hand to answer any questions we may have had which was so helpful and appreciated.
We would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy an engagement ring to come to Holt Gems.

Engagement ring purchase
I was really pleased with my experience, especially as someone who didn't know a great deal about jewellery at the start of the process. We looked through lots of different stones, and the one I found was by far the best for my budget compared with other places I looked at. I'm confident the pricing was fair. Overall, Holts Gems provided a very friendly, personal, informative and efficient service, and I would highly recommend.

Wedding rings made by Holts
Holts made wedding rings for my fiancé and me and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Neither of us are particularly knowledgeable about rings or jewels in general but we knew what we wanted and there were both patient and capable in getting it done. One needed a few iterations in sizing and May couldn’t have been more accommodating. We’d highly recommend Holts.

Really helpful, knowledgeable team. When someone was away, there was always someone who could pick the project up. Simei and Alicja were only too happy to keep trying until we found the right stones. They were really patient and understanding and seemed nearly as excited as we were about it all.

Stunning wedding band
My fiancé and I had a great experience ordering my wedding band from Holts Gems. After an unsuccessful morning in Hatton Garden visiting other jewellers in the area we contacted Holts as we were nearby and they were able to see us within a few minutes. The staff were so friendly and we found the perfect ring for me. The ordering process was so easy and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Simei and May were fantastic! The ring is stunning and I would definitely consider purchasing more items from them in the future.

My partner and I approached May looking for help designing an engagement ring. We chose May because we were interested in a colored stone.
May was great at helping to guide us through the process of choosing a stone, choosing a type of ring, and helping to refine the design. She was great at making the experience feel personal and comfortable and we ended up with a ring that is beautiful and unique.

Bespoke Gemstone Ring
Alicja and the team at Holts helped me to design a bespoke gemstone ring for a special occasion. We looked at a variety of gemstones and talked through a number of possible designs, helping me get to something I was really happy with.
