We offer one of the largest collections of precious and semi-precious gemstones in the UK. Our team of highly trained Lapidaries are happy to fashion your gemstone into any shape according to your requirement as well as repairing or re-polishing a gemstone to its original condition. We also offer pearl and bead re-stringing, gemstone testing and jewellery valuation services. Great, custom service
Great, custom service. Simei took my 'inspiration' list from my partner, talked me through all the different options and what to look out for and then showed me a large range of different options.
Over the session we narrowed it down to the ring I ordered. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all and it was very enjoyable.
The ring was produced ahead of the estimated window, in time for me to pick up before a holiday and it went down wonderfully. I look forward to coming back when it comes to wedding rings.

On purchasing my ring I received an email to explain there had been a mistake on the website and that it somehow added 50% off to my total... they still honoured the price and I received it within 24 hours of ordering.. what a beautiful ring it was too!! Totally recommend these guys

First class service and was able to show us items we hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. Very friendly and offered an excellent bespoke service. We have used holts in the pass and always are very happy with what they offer. A real gem ( it not too obvious a pun!!)

Amazing experience
Farah made our experience unique by making sure the ring was ready for my birthday to collect. She explained and addressed all our questions and concerns. She also advised the colour match between the gold and the ruby central stone. I couldn't recommend Holts Gems more!

Professional and efficient service as always from Holts. Have purchased a number of pieces of them over the years and they are always my first port of call. I have been going to Holts for 2 decades, and have consistently found them to provide an exceptional and very personal service. I have purchased pieces from them, of exquisite taste; I have had repairs done; and I have had jewellery designed by them. Their gems are beautiful, their designers create just the right piece according to your wishes, and the workmanship is superb. When leaving your precious items for repair, you can rest assured that they are in safe, professional and totally reliable hands. They are also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
