If i was able to give 0, I certainly would. Never received the stuff because according to royal mail, they couldn't find my address. Funnily enough they deliver everything else regularly. So they supposedly sent my items back, I sent emails requesting my money back and they have absolutely no correspondence until I happened to mentioning taking further.

Excellent product and price. Brilliant Customer Service. Sorted out the problem with a damaged parcel in 24 hours - amazing. First time I have used them and will be back - and I am recommending them to everyone. Try them, you won't be disappointed. James is an asset to the company.

First Order, Wrong Fragrance
Not much to say. I have been looking for a particular fragrance I once tried. Found it on this website and ordered the largest bottle available. Unfortunately, they sent me a different fragrance from the same brand.
I double-checked the order details and everything shows correctly, so I was not in the wrong, they just sent whatever they had available.
I will keep the bottle, as it is not unusable and not worth the hassle to return.
However, I do not recommend the service and would not be using it again.
UPDATE: Not sure about all those great reviews. I am either shockingly unlucky or got through to their worst rep. They replied on the day I emailed to ask for snapshots of the received product, so they could "offer a solution". I replied with the photos on the same day and followed up after one more day. No reply. Emailed today as well. It has been 10 days now.
