Item as described, works well and the dog loves it. Only problem is the very short lead which makes it difficult to position in relevant areas.

Do not buy from this place..
Placed an order for 2 items for my garden,never arrived..
Got in contact with customer service who did nothing to help,just relative what seemed like automated replies,never offered a replacement or a refund,nothing..
Hate company’s like this,their customer skills are non-existent,it’s profit only they care for..
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm very disappointed about my order! I received totally different product than I ordered! Wasn't cheap at all but should be what I order and I see it in website! Looks to be a scam! I'm not interested to return because I have to pay to send it! Disgusting.

Got a message saying parcel delivered it wasn't i checked my doorbell footage !

I bought three fans which took over a month to be delivered, only two fans arrived which were not as described, they didn’t work properly and were cheap and horrible. When I queried where the third fan was and to ask for a refund for the third item I hadn’t received I was told they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have a photo if the original packaging!! Don’t buy!

Arrived on time ,well packaged and the product has exceeded expectations.

Avoid my parcel was delivered to the wronge address left outside a bunch of flats with nobody claiming they had taken it in i have made a complaint with the courier there customer service was great responded to my issue quickly, But as for homefaves the customer supports been horrendous not replying back first a guy called Ray (yeap I have seen that name on the reviews) said that they could not do anything that it was the couriers responsibility to refund for missing parcel then I get a message saying to email details from the courier to say parcel is missing and they will be happy to help a week later I get a response saying they could not deal with the issue until I unfreeze my chargeback after speaking to the payment provider they said do not unfreeze the chargeback and there now assisting me i let homefaves know i will not be removing the chargeback and the reasons why and had no response, still non the wiser on if and when i will get my money back this is after wks of waiting with no answers from homefaves
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered product wont be ordering from them again.
Update after a while and first losing my case (homefaves provided details it had been delivered to right address even though i had evidence it had not) I have finally had a refund all thanks to my payment provider who supported me through my claime.

Usual story, website looks British but they drop ship rubbish from China and then give you a hard time about returns. Don’t bother with this company unless you want to be disappointed.

Terrible experience with this company. Its web site looks like it is in England but it is in China so goods take weeks to arrive. Product info on web site was not correct and I couldn’t send back as postage would be more than the product. Their support know this and don’t answer straight questions. In my opinion, absolute rip off.

Item apparently left in my porch but there was nothing there. The live chat person “RAY “ was so rude and unhelpful. Passing me back to the delivery company when they told me to contact HomeFaves. Never order again from them. So unhelpful. RAY needs lessons in customer services. Awful.

I only gave this one star so that I could give a review. Was sent a child's item instead of a adults they said that there was a age recommendation in the product details but there was not I told them this and was sarcastic back website went down then when it returned there was a age recommendation (crafty) don't buy from these people scammers

The HydroSpin does not work. It is suppose to spin and water the garden, instead it stayed still and dribbled. They expect you to pay to return faulty goods to China, costing more than the actual item anyway and if you keep the item you get 20% refund. Be careful if your order from this warehouse. Long delivery wait times.

The bag i received wasn't the same as advertised, in the images and video the bag had writing inside plus a inside do up zip compartment. my bag had neither, they asked i send photos of my bag which i did, they said its the correct bag, it most certainly was not the same as advertised
