If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Terrible communication. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam. Took my money immediately but then came the excuses. My first order got lost in the mail, my reorder couldn’t go out because of a stock issue (which they claim they didn’t know about) and then they just stopped answering me when I tried finding out what’s going on.

If you're into scams, this is the store for you!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your $$, never respond, and never send your order. I ordered a graduation banner a month ago. And have emailed 3 times with no response. I even sent a message thru Etsy. So now, I'm scrambling to get a banner made in time for my sons graduation.

If I could give reverse stars I would. I echo most of the recent bad reviews. This person needs to learn how to react to criticism. Businesses should be able to handle criticism because it provides valuable feedback that can be used to identify areas for improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and ultimately foster a more successful company by allowing them to adapt and grow based on customer perspectives and market needs. Obviously this person does not have the patience or personality to begin with, to run a business or even communicate effectively. Initially I think this person took offense to me asking where my product was. After I received an incorrect tracking #, there response was, i guess the number is wrong, we will get to them on Monday. I was disappointed and told them. It was at that time they expressed how dare you be disappointed in us, its the US Postal services issue....LA LA LA, and then of course accused me of not be compassionate to the LA fires! Get over yourself and don't blame your incompetence on natural disasters or the US postal system. Close your business and or get a new personality. I would make it a point to stay away from Homehaps.

Rude and Unprofessional Shop

We purchased a Memorial Wedding Sign for our wedding that is quickly approaching, upon receiving it there was an error. It was missing a full name that had been added after the order was placed which the shop had said would not be a problem to add. When we reached out to the shop to ask for a refund or for it to be replaced, the shop responded to me and told me "to be nicer", "try to be happier", and went on to say to me that they forgot a name of one of my relatives that passed was a "minor" mistake all while also trying to get a rise out of me. I've never had such a bad experience with a shop on Etsy, since they canceled my order, I unfortunately can't share my experience there too. So my only advice is to watch how you request something because whoever is running their outreach/messaging is extremely immature, unprofessional, and rude.

very unprofessional seller. missing a dead relative on a "memorial wedding sign" for wedding IS A BIG DEAL unlike the seller who told me missing my grandpas name on the sign was MINOR!

The seller confirmed to make an adjustment to our order and when we received it the order was not adjusted. She was extremely rude and condescending to my Fiance. Horrible service. Grow up. Try to be happier.

Really great service. Loved getting the preview, and the actual sweatshirt I received was done really nicely. The embroidery option for only $3 more is an insanely good deal, and it looks amazing. The sweatshirt itself is typical Gideon hoodie. Over all, even with pricer shipping, totally worth it for under $65.

Remembering the happy days.

I have lost both of these babies now. So good to have a great memory of them. It was Buddy Howly's 2nd day home from the shelter, and he was obviously already in love!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend. I requested a revision and before I could reply to their mail accepting the possibility to change the picture, they mailed the original.

However after reviewing the messages our team sent you it looks like we sent several emails trying to get ahold of you and you did not respond for almost 2 weeks. Due to no contact from your end, our team sent you emails letting you know what we were going to do every step of the way. Once it reached Day 7 we emailed to notify that we were sending it out due to not being able to reach you as we are not able to hold on to your order for too long due to timing restrictions in our back end.
