Great communication on my first photo
Great communication on my first photo, they thought not quite enough detail so I sent a different and they thought it was great. Because they have this quality control on the pics you submit. I believe I'll be happy with the finished product, a Christmas present for my mom, pic of her grandson and great grandson napping together.

Just to clarify, for the price, you are paying for our artists' time to create this beautiful portrait for you as well as our production team to craft the canvas it is printed on. These portraits are printed on a premium quality canvas that is printed with acid free, vibrant inks to ensure it lasts a lifetime. As for your comment about the time frame. We are a bit surprised by the "acceptable" term you used as it took 7 days from the time you ordered to the time it arrived at your door step for a custom watercolor painting: 2 days from when you purchased to the day we sent the preview, 1 day in production from the time you approved your preview and 4 days in transit from the time we sent the tracking number. It took all that time for what you think is too high priced. These portraits are made for value and are not meant as a budget item. The price you paid was $63 for a personalized premium quality portrait. However, if you feel that the value of your portrait was not worth the amount you spent. Please contact us and we will be more than willing to make it right. Thanks!
