Wallpaper was great, but I ordered one roll extra, they then claimed it wasn’t in the box when I sent the return and tried to blame Evri. Pretty sure they just didn’t want to give a refund but happily kept the roll.
I was going to order from them for my other rooms but won’t bother now

I have recently ordered wallpaper from Home image direct after ordering samples from them. I haven't used the paper yet but the ordering and delivery was quick and the wallpaper is good quality at a good price

Very impressive range of wallpaper designs and colours to suit. Excellent service and very generous sample piece. However I do recommend you do order a sample as the colour I chose (299100) looks very different than that as advertised. Not wasted though as it will suit another room.

The service was first class,had small problem that wrong wallpaper was sent,spoke to Hamzad and correct wallpaper was with me next day.Would highly recommend this business and i will shop again Home Image Direct.

Ordered wallpaper Laura Ashley had to many rolls and had to return one un openeded.

We fully bubble wrapped so no damage could be done to an un-opened roll.

Only to be told it had been opened and used ... rang up and spoke to some one and basically called me liar ...... £40 down the drain and £7.00 for return delivery.

Please be very careful buying wallpaper and buying over as they will lie and accuse you of lying. The one thing they did not anticapate is we video record our returns for security, next to the bank to start a claim back .... be careful not to order a extra roll incase you need it
