The lights arrived really quickly and well packaged. They look exactly as we expected and are delighted with the style. We haven't yet fitted them so can't comment on that aspect. My only "complaint" is the the bulbs are not replaceable, though (due to a talented husband) we can work round that when needed. I appreciate there is a 5 year guarantee but I'm hoping to have them for much longer

This is for customer service only, I was unable to order the lights I wanted, as they couldn't deliver what I wanted within 48 hours. They had to get the item from the manufacturer first. This is not unusual for on-line stores, I think. I left ordering rather late as well, and needed it by Saturday latest. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering questions about the LED bulb for the light I wanted and looking up all the options, as well as the manufacturers specs for the light. They had the best price for the Dar ceiling light I wanted, as well. I would happily order from them in other circumstances and wanted to leave a review because their customer service was so helpful and pleasant.

Hi all, I just purchased a Ceiling light from this firm. The light was a more close fitting to the ceiling which I wanted. The light was well made & the design made it easy to fit. I did think the delivery costs were high. All in all very pleased with this purchase.

Outdoor lights, competitively priced, well packaged, and delivered in good condition. Product came from manufacturer via Royal Mail and took a few days. The only slightly unusual part of the process is that an order acknowledgement is not sent immediately after entering the order.

and bought to match 2 similar lights also from Home Lights Direct. Easy to install and give a good spread of warm light without the harsh glare some lights can give. Perfect.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waited about a month,my order arrived damaged and different sizes as I,ve order 2 the same size lights.Send it back and couldn't get my refund.No response,no money,all my emails or calls were ignored.Lucky I used Paypal to pay and it was the only way to get my money back!!!
