Package arrived poorly packaged and contents broken. It wasn’t so easy to find a person to help eventually spoke to Sal who has been brilliant. Product looks as if it’s good quality replacement on its way.

A rubbish, inefficient company
After two and a half weeks waiting I have still not heard a word from the company about my delivery. You call and they do not answer and the line is cut. Do not use them or trust them. I am about to cancel my order. I hope I get my money back

This is not a UK based company
This is not a UK based company. They are based in US with their customer service in India. I ordered express delivery and a week later hadn't received anything. I have since cancelled the order on discovering they are not UK based.
