After 3 months, the bar is starting to bend and becomes dangerous. The company won't replace it and offer me a 20% discount to buy a new one ? They tell me it's normal that the product is starting to bend ?????. They are cheaply made and ppl should go buy their stuff somewhere else.

Edit. This is not a competitor. I have photo and tried to be in contact with them.my order number is 21564. They are telling me that their products bare guaranteed 5 years BUT NOT THEIR BAR.

Cheap brand. If I could give this a - 10 stars, I would. Bought the stackable resistance band set plus bar. After 10 times of using it, the bar started to bend, which isn't safe to use. Very cheap product, and the company won't refund. The best I could get is a 20% off on a new bar. Please do yourselves a favor, buy another brand. Oh and btw, they'll say it's a scam when I actually have an ordor number. If their bar is so great, why don't they ask for pictures as a proof their product sucks, and offer a refund or at least a new bar, for free.

For those who like the gym this is the place, very top equipment, in particular I loved the TRAVEL DUMBBELLS, very practical for those who travel and do not want to carry something heavy.

I ordered the smallest band bundle and never received digital work out guide. i also ordered the wrong bundle by mistake and contacted them immediately. and the absolutely refused to refund me while i was willing to purchase the biggest bundle. ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE if u you post a bad review on their site they just remove it because they're shaddy. You can buy the exact same products on amazon for half the price with out the digital guides

Impatiently, I purchased 160$+ of resistance band equipment from these guys, but I did so before reading these reviews... God do I regret that decision... All of the 5 star reviews are FAKE. Terribly written, so vague, and have incredibly poor English. All the legit customer reviews are negative. They state late shipping, poor customer service, and none of them talk about actually receiving merchandise. I am now stressed that none of the equipment that I've purchased will actually arrive. I received no email confirming my order, just an email from the shipping insurance service telling me to track my order that hasnt shipped yet.
