HomeSnag - Professional Snagging Avis

Absolutely brilliant service from Naomi, Dina and Lee at HomeSnag - from the very initial stages of getting booked in to the extremely thorough PCI carried out. Worth every penny and really good value for money. Everything was very straightforward at what is a naturally stressful time.
Lee also turned the report around over a weekend (snagging appointment took place on a Friday and we had our report by Sunday evening!!) Thank you team. We would highly recommend HomeSnag.

What a wonderful survey company from the first phone call with Dina who really knew her stuff! To very responsive and efficient emails from Naomi and a very professional, detailed survey from Marius with such a quick turn around of the report. Great value for money!

I am very happy with Daniel's investigation of the new-build house and the subsequent report preparation. Several issues were spotted that needed to be addressed.
I can now sleep calm at nights knowing that at least the major issues have been discovered at the very beginning.

The services are great and very detailed. The report helped me to deal with the builder more easily.

Marius carried out a post completion survey of my new built. He was on-time for the appointment and even accommodated our request for a different start time. He was very thorough and detailed in his survey and surveyed every corner of the property with precision. We also got a boroscopic cavity check done as a part of the survey. We needed to report the issues with glasses, kitchenware and sanitary ware on the same day as the builder was pushing for it and Marius accommodated my request for the same. He then sent me over the full snagging report within 24 hours which included many issues which we hadn't noticed ourselves. Overall I am very happy with services of Homesnag and will use them again

We were really impressed with the service from Homesnag from start to finish.

Frazer, who undertook our post completion survey, was extremely thorough and was able to identify a number of issues that would not have been apparent to anyone without the specialist knowledge of a qualified professional.

We have received no pushback from our building developer when it came to undertaking the recommended remedial work.

Highly recommend this service.

We purchased a new property and were advised to employ the services of a professional snagging company.
The surveyor Daniel Bateman arrived promptly and spent the majority of the day surveying internally and and externally.
We received a full detailed report documenting the many faults/issues with accompanying photos and he made reference to NHBC guidance.
We would highly recommend this service and well worth the financial outlay as Daniel highlighted so many issues that we would not have picked up on.

Great service overall. The booking viabwebsite was really simple ans easy, communication with the company was also easy and they were able to let us rearrange the schedule for the date originally planned.
Marius is the guy that performed the survey, very professional and competent, he provided a full detailed report in less than 48h.
Very recommend

I was really happy with the thorough service given by Alex, he was really knowledgeable and knew his trade well. The report produced was comprehensive and clear. I think the service was good value for money and would recommend HomeSnag.

A great snagging inspection. Harrison carried out a thorough and detailed inspection of our newly purchased new build property. Harrison was extremely personable and was willing to answer any of our questions. Thank you so much to Harrison. It has provided us with a report to raise with the developers of the new build which is exactly what we wanted to be able to do.

David of HomeSnag conducted our Pre-completion survey. It was easy to follow, clear to see issues raised and turned around quickly as promised within the quote. I phone David following review of the report who was helpful and friendly.

This is our first house and would highly recommend this service and surveyor.

We used HomeSnag for a new build we purchased and we commissioned a full survey just after we moved in. Dominic was very thorough and professional taking time and care to check everything thoroughly. He took the time to discuss everything with us and we received a full report within 48 hours which has gone to the house builder to rectify the issues found. There’s always going to be issues with new houses but we felt very confident that Dominic was thorough and detailed. Very pleased and would use them again, a 5 star company

I am very happy with surveyor Anthony and HomeSnag and their professionalism. Anthony is outstanding. He spotted even very tiny issues. He checked everything what I asked about. Builder site manager said "He's really very good. He's very knowledgeable." Two days after visit I got a full report with images and explanation regarding all issues. Developer sorting everything now out. Thank you Anthony and HomeSnag for your help. Anna W

Lee is punctual, attentive, and checks everything carefully. The report also is very detailed, clear and easy to understand.

HomeSnag did a great job with our pre completion inspection. The report we received was very thorough and they found a number of things we would never have seen.

The communication with us from both head office and the surveyor was excellent and the report was provided extremely quickly.

Would highly recommend.

Frazer was brilliant, he inspected my house thoroughly and found some snags that I would never realised about these. The snagging report was very detailed and with pictures for descriptions. I was very satisfied and passed it to my developer for repair accordingly. I would definitely recommend HomeSnag to my friends and relatives.

Very helpful snag survey for our new build flat - it turned out there were quite a few snags!

Professional Homesnag. Arrived on time. Report identified 100+ snags was prepared and mailed to me within 24hrs. We sent the report to the developer and asked CS to follow up before our move-in. Highly recommend !

5 star service. We needed snagging for a new built flat that we were interested in buying. Admin team was responsive to my inital questions. Booking was easy. HomeSnag picked up the keys from the estate agent which was very convenient for us. Our surveyor was Lee and the report he provided was thorough and detailed and easy to understand.

Thank you for your service.

Wish I’d have got our survey carried out prior to moving in. Professional service throughout. Our builder said there was nothing wrong!! Couldn’t recommend Home Snag any higher 10/10
