HomeSnag - Professional Snagging Avis

David was lovely and has a great eye for detail. He spent around 4hrs checking every inch of the house for snags and documented it in a nicely laid out report. We received the report that evening and it has been invaluable for getting our snags sorted with the new build company.

Thorough inspection of the property with clear explanation on the findings on the day that linked to the thorough report sent along with pictures.
Dan was very professional, explained the whole process with report coming in time stated on the day.

Great attention to details and very thorough inspection and detailed report. Excellent communications and prompt response to any query

Very impressed. The snagging survey was conducted professionally and a detailed report was provided within 24 hours. The report is comprehensive. It is written in plain English and includes photographs. More importantly, it identified issues that would not otherwise have been apparent to me. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and communication. Snag survey was extremely thorough with a detailed report and easy to follow snag list which we passed on to our developer to sort out before moving in. The report picked up lots of issues that we would have missed and had to sort out ourselves if not for the survey - thank you!

Great experience, this is my second time using HomeSnag for my new build purchase. Will highly recommended their services as they go above and beyond and truly have the customer’s interest at heart.

Thanks again to Frazer for his attention to detail and always approachable for any questions. Thorough and well formatted report produced within the timescales stated couldn’t have asked for more.

As a new build flat owner, it was hard to confirm the date for snagging due to too many unforeseen issues, Homesnag offers great flexibility on this and allows unlimited re-schedule which is very considerate.

Dina and Naomi are very nice and friendly. They always listen and help without hesitation and respond within same day.

Dominic is a friendly detail snagging professional who spots every issue you would never have noticed. Report was produced within 2 days and he also explained on his findings which you would clear about what is happening to you home.

More than 2 hours detailed inspection, then composed a professional and comprehensive report, Marius did a very good job. Besides, Dina is such a very helpful, patient and friendly lady. I am satisfied with the service. If I have friends who need a snag, I would recommend HomeSnag.

The whole process of dealing with HomerSnag was both seamless and professional from start to finish. From the lady who answered the phone and explained the various inspections on offer to the speed in which I received my report, everything was made clear and delivered in an effective manner. I used HomeSnag for a Pre Completion Inspection on a large new build property a few days before I completed/moved in. The level of detail reported back on and the snagging found is not something I would a) have had time to inspect b) have picked up on. The £450 paid to save time and to give me piece of mind was money very well spent. I would not hesitate to recommend HomeSnag to any potential buyer as they really do offer a first-class service.

Harrison did a great job for completing snagging survey for our newly built home and provided a detailed report which covered most of the major areas of pending work by the developer. What we liked the most, Harrison patiently answered all our queries whenever we reached out to him which is really appreciable. Also during his absence, Tom quickly picked up our queries which were critically relevant on our house purchase and answered in detailed manner and we are really thankful for the same. I definitely recommend HomeSnag to all buyers of new built houses.

Adam was great, very thorough and we were very impressed by the report provided. I would definitely recommend Home Snag Services.

Our surveyor, Alex, provided a very professional report that we passed on to our builder for attention. He picked out many things that we would have missed and we have a better house as a result. The photos were invaluable.

A few days after their visit we had a thorough & professional report that we were able to forward to our Developer.

I had a great experience with HomeSnag. George was very careful in his examination of my property and produced a detailed report quickly. I chose HomeSnag as the reports prioritized the items requiring the most attention. I also particularly appreciated the thermal imaging to check that my underfloor heating was working properly.

I am very pleased with the service provided by George from homesnag. He is a lovely guy who I felt comfortable having look around my house. The detailed report is very useful and he found things that we didn’t know to look for. The report was provided very quickly with clear pictures and a useful checklist.

The snagging report provided by HomeSnag was nothing short of exceptional. The report was well-structured, detailed, and easy to understand. Every snag was precisely described and accompanied by clear photographs, making it effortless to pinpoint and rectify any issues.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend HomeSnag to anyone in need of a snagging report for their new property. Their efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism truly set them apart. With their adherence to NHBC standards and their meticulous attention to detail, you can trust HomeSnag to provide you with a comprehensive and reliable assessment.

By the way, the developer already contacted me to have a meeting once I forward the report to them. It's a good start to me at least. Thank you HomeSnag!

I am satisfied with the service HomeSnag provided, detail report with professional comments. Definitely worth and RECOMMENDED!~

I highly recommend this company and service.
This is a must have service for anyone buying a new build property. Despite having the building company providing us with a snag list, we brought in HomeSnag. The HomeSnag team found issues we would never have spotted and were not captured by the building company. The detailed and I must say 'impressive' report provided arrived within 24 hours, was documented with photo evidence and leaves us with an excellent report to go back to the builders to make our case for improvement.
Very professional service and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Home Snag !

The report is professional and helpful. Harrison is nice guy and doing a great job. Working in very detail to check the items and inform us early he need more time to complete the job. The next day I already have the report on hand. The developer appreciates his working manner which the report can show, which shows the clear detail and makes the developer follow up easily. Wish he had a good future with HomeSnag.
