I ordered 2 throws which are total rubbish they were supposed to stay put on the sofas but do nothing of the sort they are so thin and even the dogs won't go on them dont buy from them I never will just wish id tread the reviews before I bought them

Refusing to honor Return Policy unless I pay retail shipping rates to China

I purchased 3 different pairs of jeans described on the website as "Women's New 3D Printed Flare Pants Imitation Denim Pants Jeans". However, they are not denim at all -- they are a terrible quality polyester! I immediately emailed them to request a full refund. They responded and told me that "shipping rates to China are expensive" and offered to refund less than half of my purchase price. I replied that was not acceptable. I was given a person's name and address to return (not a Homewode address) and the calculated retail shipping cost would be $48! Ridiculous. Do not buy

I brought a dress on the 7th of April…

I brought a dress on the 7th of April and they said that my dress had been shipped on the 17th April. I reached through the only accessible way I could and still to thos day ive had no response and no dress!!! Who do I contact to get my refund or shut them down at least!!

SCAM COMPANY - STEALS YOUR MONEY

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO GIVE ME A REFUND, THEY ADVERTISE A FULL REFUND ON THEIR WEBSITE. I AM GOING TO START A CAMPAIGN AGAINST THEM ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITES. I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT THEM TO FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION.

Faulty dress and no refund, Order number-HW00117548 order number

I bought a dress back in May this year and it was not made properly and didn't sit on one shoulder properly. I was offered about $23 and I could keep the dress. I declined as the dress is useless to wear so I asked for a refund. I had to pay $24 to send it back. I have only today the 27th of September recieved the same dress back saying could not deliver and we checked that we sent it to the right address. So I think it's really poor that not only did I spend about $87 Aus dollars but address on another $24 and I'm left with a dress that I cannot wear. I would never have spent more money if I knew that It would come back. I wished now that I took the money that was offered as it would have been better than what I finished with. I was entitled to a refund as it was defective yet I get offered about $25. Really really not happy with the quality or the service

I received my order and was beyond…

I received my order and was beyond disappointed with the dress. Not only was it nothing like the dress advertised, it did NOT fit, despite my dimensions being as specified with the sizing, it was also the cheapest dress I've ever ordered. There was NO tag, NO lining, the dress was ill-fitting in every aspect and the quality terrible. Considering this dress was priced at US$43.89, it was blatant extortion. I asked for a refund. I was told to send it back to China, which I naively did, with $AU25 tracking. Australian post tracking says it was delivered to them within 5 days with a photo date & time of delivery. I received no money back into my account. This is what they wrote: Sorry, we do not receive the package.

This company is absolutely horrible . I ordered my purchase in May and still have not received it . Follow up in terms of customer service and lack of ability to speak with a human being Has made thi!

My experience with your organization has been absolutely horrible. Have ordered the product in May. I still have not received it. Your organization has no capacity to speak with a human being, then rely on an email. My package has bounced around between couriers and your organization and your follow up in terms of customer service is a complete failure. I will never purchase from your organization again and will dissuade anyone I know from purchasing from your organization. I have made several attempts for you to resend my package to me and still I have nothing.

My order was delivered broken because it was not package properly. They replace the product and the second came broken again. I would not trust anything you order to be packaged correctly.

Emailed them the day dress arrived to…

Emailed them the day dress arrived to send it back. they asked if I would like to keep the dress, they would send me $15. if I would keep it and told me it’s very expensive to send it back to China😂No thanks, I paid $61.US$ for the dress. Au.post tracking said it was delivered in 5 days to the address they gave me.Homewode denied it. Said that they didn’t get the parcel. Stoped replying to my emails. Australia’s post doesn’t lie. Homewode dose, never will use them again and will let people know they are scammers!

Received a dress and hated it, it didn’t fit or look like the dress or the material in photo.I sent it back to China $25 with tracking. Australian post tracking says it was delivered to them within 5 days with a photo date & time of delivery.
