Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. I ordered a dress on 31of January and it still hasn’t been delivered. Instead I have had 21(twenty one) replies from the customer service. Completely unhelpful suggestions such as going to a post office and look for it, getting in touch with the ‘Logistics company’ etc.
I have ask to cancel and refund my order immediately and this time - no reply! Do not order with this company as they can’t organise their delivery - or customer service.

No Product No refund

I ordered the product on January 06, 2024. I got the message stating that the delivery partner has shipped. But after waiting for 5 weeks I tried to reach Customer care and they confirm that logistic partner has lost the product. When I asked for refund. I get a message every two days that "Refund initiated and will process in 2 days" but no refund received till date. Please do not order anything on this website. Looks like a scam site

The least quality customer service I've ever seen

Absolutely crap poor customer service. Not only am I not a person that doesn't get upset when issues arise on orders, I'm severely patient when they do! This being known, I ordered a lighter from this site i. September 2023. The item didn't go to the correct location though it was provided. I made customer service aware and they promptly said they woukd send another one (all tgrough email.). They told me it takes many days after shipping. However no tracking information was offered for this next package. How am I supposed to know when the expected arrival time is past and to contact the company if I didn't get it with no tracking information given!?? Sometime I reached out again. Went through the same deal. I kept responding to the email rep on the other end (no personal contact number is provided at all for real conversation and real resolution). I tried asking them to verify the address was correct. That they had all of the right information to get it to me. This was time three. Late December, I realize, I still didn't receive the package I was supposed to be expecting fron Homewode sometime in a nebulous amount of time. I contacted the business line chat (still chat support no conversation). And went through the same things. I demanded tracking be offered when the item ships out again. At the date the item re-shipped for a 4th time?? I asked about tracking. The business chat saw my message (it was through messenger which showed they saw it on December 10th when it was sent) and did not reply or send me tracking information. On December 15th I requested tracking info again and also a refund for auch troubles. I am nolonger interested in receiving the item. However, a quality company would not only apologize for the problems, get the package to the customer correctly, but offer the item at their cost! Which no one is doing or has mentioned! One star for me. If there was zero rating, that's really what this would be. A $15 item I ordered back in September. Honestly, maybe even August!

Very bad service

I placed an order for a set of metallic watercolour paints in October. It has still not arrived and we are mid December. I have sent several emails querying this and have not had any reply since the first query, which prompted the discovery that the package had not been sent out. At that stage I was offered a refund or a replacement, I opted for the latter, which was sent out on 25th October and since then have neither seen nor heard from Homewode despite several emails querying the whereabouts of the package.

Placed an order around August of 2023

Placed an order around August of 2023. After 11 emails and at least four reiterations of what it is I ordered and the fact that I've had to be the one to keep up with the status of things rather than Homewode reaching out to me as a sign of customer service, I will never order from Homewode again. it's been a lousy experience and I cannot get my $50.00+ refund back. They have promised me my refund time after time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Worth a 0-Star Rating

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. I ordered a splitter from them in March. Got an email stating it was delivered…TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STATE. I reached out and explained I never received it…to which they apologized and said they’d send another out. Surprise…never received that one either. I’ve sent several follow-up emails without a response. I finally contacted the company via Messenger and was told that nothing could be done…no new shipment NOR a refund because too much time had lapsed. I hope they’re putting my $68 to good use. What a shameful company.
