Had an issue with the height mechanism but Hood sorted it out extremely quickly! The Haribos we received with the replacement parts made the job of swapping the part over much easier :)

So comfortable!
I've had an F94 from Hood Seating for a few months and I'm in love with it. From someone who suffers from back pain, I find it so comfortable and I feel far less stiff at the end of the day. The customer service at also fantastic!

Fantastic Service
Hood seating and Lisa in particlar have been fantastic.
I have a chair, well out of warranty and when i spoke to Lisa she couldnt do enough to solve the problem and immediately followed up her promise.

finally, I have a chair I love..
After buying (and returning) 3 other chairs, I purchased a Hood I29. This thing is awesome. It’s robust and solidly made and it’s so, so comfortable. I love it. Great product, great service and the assembly instructions were just perfect, I had it built in less than 5 mins.

Hood I29 model
I have been suffering with back issues since working at home for a long period of time since the pandemic began.
I was reccomended Hood seating by a family friend and its honestly improved my seating position drastically and in turn my back pain.
Apart from the build quality being excellent, the service I received throughout was nothing less that 5 star, strongly recommended!
